Lionel Messi’s record $20.45 million annual salary from Inter Miami makes
him by far the best paid player in Major League Soccer but also puts him
ahead of the entire squads of 25 of the league’s clubs, according to data
released by the MLS Players Association on Thursday.
根據美國職業足球大聯盟球員協會週四公布的數據，萊納爾‧梅西從邁阿密國際隊獲
得創紀錄的2045萬美元年薪，讓他成為該聯盟歷來薪資最高的球員，也超過聯盟
25個俱樂部球隊的整體薪資。

The players union regularly releases the full pay details of the entire league
and while it was no surprise to see the eight-times Ballon d’Or winner at the
top, the gulf with other players and indeed teams is striking.
