Dear Madam:

Please be informed that as per BAC TWG post-qualification initial evaluation results
on February 28, 2023, it was found out that your technical documents lack the
following:

1. An Electronic Tax Return Receipt Confirmation e-mail from BIR (Electronic

Filing Payment System (eFPS). Said document is a requirement in the post-
qualification evaluation report.
2. Certifications from DENR, NNC, DA, DOH, and DTI of the Manufacturer of the
Ready-to-Cook Nutrient-Packed Meals (Nutri-packs)
3. Logo of DENR, NNC, DA, DOH, and DTI in the sample packaging.

Further, on the provided sample of the product, it is observed that food tasted too
bland for taste buds. Packaging instructions and expiration dates are non-readable.
Also, it is observed the absence of manufacturer’s name in the packaging, therefore,
poor packaging.

May we therefore request copies of the stated documents and a sample packaging
with the logo of the enumerated agencies stated above and request the same to
submit to this office on or before March 6, 2023.
