The Manpower strength of CIL as a whole is 2,25,943 as on 01.07.2024. lt was 2,28,861 as
on 01.04.2024 and hence the net reduction during lastOq6 month', is 1605.

Net Reduction
The net reduction achieved during three months have been highest in WCL (667) followed by
ECL (634), SECL (616), BCCL (52s), MCL (247), NCL (148), CCL (66), NEC (13), C|L(HO) (2) but
there is an increase of manpower of CMPDIL (4).
