MINUTES OF MEETING

ACTIVITY: GES Staff Conference

DATE & TIME: August 30, 2022 (4:30- 5:30 pm)

AGENDA:

1. Application of GES to GIS

2. Gathering of Documents
3. Schedule Stakeholders’ Convergence

PROCEDINGS:

The meeting started with a prayer by Mrs. Minerva S. Pagulayan. Mr.

Maynard C. De leon, the School Principal started discussing the agenda
immediately after greeting everyone.

He discussed one by one the process of application of the conversion of

Gabut Elementary School into Gabut Integrated School. He then assigned each
teacher a task to accomplish for the said application.

They also planned as to how they will gather data that will be needed for the
application. He again discussed thoroughly of how to do it in its simplest way. He
assigned Mrs. Analiza A. Agustin, School ICT coordinator to lead the group in
providing data/documents needed.

They also planned to have stakeholders Convergence to discuss the said

conversion and that they will also encourage the stakeholders to help achieve the
said activity. Mrs. Minerva S. Pagulayan, the GES Secretary, was assigned to draft
invitation letter for the said stakeholders’ convergence.

Mr. Maynard C Deleon ended the meeting by encouraging everyone that

together with unity and love, they can achieve this goal. The teachers responded
positively with a committed heart and hopeful spirit.

The meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm.
