National Testing Service – Pakistan, a Public Sector not-for profit Company / SOE
registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, is seeking to fill the
following positions at its Islamabad and Karachi offices.
1. Manager IT (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
This Islamabad based position calls for a dynamic IT professional possessing
excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills. The ideal candidate for this
position must have a 16 years’ relevant degree from an accredited institution with
Seven (7) years’ experience of working in a corporate, commercial, regulatory, or
academic environment. S/he must have excellent skills of software development,
database administration, API Development/Integration, Strong technical expertise in
IT infrastructure, systems architecture and project management knowledge of

industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT governance, security,

and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, ITIL) and must not be more than 45 years
of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
2. Software Engineer (Vacancy = 2) Islamabad
Are you a dynamic IT professional with excellent communication, analytical and
creative skills? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Islamabad team.
The ideal candidate must possess a relevant 16 years’ degree from an accredited
institution and have at least two years of experience working in a corporate,
commercial, regulatory or academic environment. Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MS
SQL Server and API Development/Integration is essential. Candidates should be no
more than 32 old on the closing date of the advertisement. Preference will be given
to full stack developers.
3. Quality Assurance Engineer (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
Are you a dynamic IT professional with excellent communication, analytical and
creative skills? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Islamabad team.
The ideal candidate must possess a relevant 16 years’ degree from an accredited
institution and have at least two years of experience working in a corporate,
commercial, regulatory or academic environment. You must be skilled in
developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirement
and specifications, validating bug fixes, and performing regression testing.
Experience in executing manual and automated tests on software applications, as
well as proficiency in database/API testing and operations of various software and
web applications is essential. Candidates should be no more than 32 old on the
closing date of the advertisement.
4. Assistant Manager Networking (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
 This Islamabad based position calls for a dynamic IT professional possessing
excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills. The ideal candidate for this
position must have a 16 years’ relevant degree from an accredited institution with
two (2) years’ experience of working in a corporate, commercial, regulatory, or
academic environment. S/he must have knowledge of servers, firewalls, switches,
routers, domain controllers, virtualization platforms, Wi-Fi infrastructure, PBX/IP
exchange, CCTV systems, email servers, biometric devices, and attendance
management systems. Proficiency in network protocols and technologies,
experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Relevant certifications
(CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, etc.) will be preferred, and must not be more than 35 years
of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
5. Assistant Manager Printing (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
This Islamabad based position calls for a dynamic professional possessing excellent
communication, analytical, and time management skills. The ideal candidate for this
position must have a 16 years’ relevant degree from an accredited institution with two
(2) years’ experience of working in a corporate, commercial, regulatory, or academic
environment. S/he must have an ability to handle daily operations of printing,
including scheduling, production, quality control and collaboration with other
departments. Prepare and manage the printing department budget and must not be
more than 40 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
6. Assistant Finance (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
A person holding a B. Com or equivalent finance degree from a university recognized
by the Higher Education Commission however, a higher degree will be preferred. At
least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale in a corporate,
commercial, regulatory or academic environment. Having expertise in handling
Accounting/ Bookkeeping matters, Receivable/payable management, and taxation
matters. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and must not be more than 32 years of
age on the closing date of the advertisement.
7. Driver (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
A person holding Secondary School Certificate or equivalent and having a valid LTV/
HTV driving license. At least 10 years’ experience of driving in a corporate,
commercial, regulatory or academic environment and must not be more than 45 years
of age on the closing date of the advertisement.
8. Sweeper (Vacancy = 1) Islamabad
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join as a sweeper. The
candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in premises. At
least 02 years’ experience of the same in a corporate, commercial, regulatory or
academic environment and must not be more than 35 years of age on the closing date
of the advertisement
