fitness industry and an injury
setback, I felt like I needed to shake
up my routine and challenge myself
in a new way.
I dove into weightlifting full force to feel stronger and take my training
to the next level. My muscle build and body composition changed
so dramatically, I decided to enter my first-ever men’s bodybuilding
competition—and took home 8 medals.
I felt on fire because of the changes I was seeing and feeling, mentally and
physically. That’s when I knew I had to bring my total-body recomposition
methods to you.
