CLOU Introduction

CLOU Electronics Co., Ltd. (SHE: 002121) is an energy technology company under
the Midea Group, a Fortune Global 500 company. It was founded in 1996 and is
listed on the main board. The business focuses on two major sectors: smart grids
and new energy storage.
CLOU has almost 30 years of experience in the power industry, more
understanding of the power system, launched the first national 301 electric
measurement device, the first national 0.2S intelligent electricity meter, the first
national electric automation terminals.
In the field of new energy storage, CLOU made its entry in 2009, venturing into the
development of energy storage solutions. Conducted independent research of Battery
Management Systems (BMS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management
Systems (EMS), and battery modules. CLOU successfully built the first MW-level
containerized energy storage station in China and obtained the first 3MW PCS certified
by the China Quality Certification Center. The air-cooling system received UL1741SA
certification from TUV, and the PCS received ETL certification from Intertek.
