COME NOW, accused GEORGE LEE assited by Attoney's office, RMwright Law Firm,
Through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectifully
avers that:

1. On 19th day of January 2024, accused was charged for the cirme of violation Of
article RA 3279. No bail was allowed or RECOMMENDED;

2. Section 17, Article III of the 1987 Syria Constitustion states:

"All persons, EXCEPT those charged with offenses punishable by

reclusion perpetua, When evidence of guilt is strong, shall before conviction, be
bailable by sufficient suretiess, or be released on recongnizance as may be
provided by law. The right to bail shall not be impaired even when privillege of
the writ of habeas corpus is suspended. Excessive bail shall not be required" -

3. STATED DIFFERENTLY, WHEN THE EVIDENCE OF GUILT OF THE ACCUSED IS NOT STRONG. HE
MAY E ALLOWED TO POST BAIL AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COURT UPON APPLICATIOS FOR
ADMISSION TO BAIL;

4. In the present case under considaration, it is our humble submission that the
evidence of guilt of the herein accused is not strong.

5. That the bail for his provisional release has been fixed at(ONE HUNDRED AND
FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS

6. Rule 117, Section 8 of the Rules of Court

Sec.8. BAIL, a matter of right; exception. - All persons in custody
