Tell me about your self

Let me introduce myself, my name is Husein Fadhilah. Accounting undergraduate student at
Aisyah University. I have a high interest in finance. During college, I managed to win several
competitions both national and international competitions. I did these things while still focusing
on academics, with a GPA of 4.0. I enjoy learning and trying new things. I hope to contribute to
this company.

I have some experience in organizations and work. During college, I joined the Student
Association and the Anti-Drug Task Force. I have worked as a Treasurer and Accountant Staff at
Pringsewu Ranch and Resto.

3. Tell me about your education

I have an elementary education background at SD N 1 Wates, then went to SMP Negeri 2
Gadingrejo. After graduating, I continued to SMK Karya Bhakti Pringsewu, majoring in
Accounting. In 2023, I enrolled in Aisyah University by taking the same study program,.

4. Why do you want this job?

I am very excited about the opportunity to join HF Finance as an actuary because I see that the
company has a big opportunity for success. With my background in accounting, I believe I can
bring significant value to this company.

I am familiar with HF Finance, a full-service banking company of HF Group, which offers a
comprehensive range of financial services and investment solutions to its clients.

6. What is your greatest strength and weakness?

My greatest strength is my ability to analyze complex data. On the other hand, my greatest
weakness is that I can be easily stressed with deadlines. To address this weakness, I have been
working on developing better time management skills.
7. How do you manage stress and pressure?
To manage stress and pressure, Firstly, I prioritize my tasks and break them down into smaller,
manageable chunks. Another strategy I use is deep breathing exercises and meditation.

8. Why did you leave your previous job?

I was looking for a new challenge that would allow me to take on more responsibilities and
develop new skills. Your company offers a more senior role that aligns with my career
aspirations.
