2.Tambahkan tepung tapioka

bubuk,daun bawang,daun
seledri, garam,dan kaldu
bubuk,cek rasa sesuai selera

6.Hidangkan pentol bakso ikan


tongkol dengan kuah

Bahan-bahan
200 gr daging ikan tongkol
1 butir telur
50 gr tepung tapioka
3 siung bawang putih
Secukupnya lada bubuk
Secukupnya garam
2 sdm air es
Sedikit Kaldu bubuk

5 siung bawang putih
2 siung bawang merah
1 batang daun bawang
1 batang daun seledri
Secukupnya kaldu bubuk
Secukupnya garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
Air kaldu/ air sisa rebusan bakso
1.Puree the fish meat until it is
really
smooth, add the garlic, pepper
powder, egg and salt until it is
really smooth and evenly
distributed (previously store the
finely chopped tuna meat for -/+
1 hour in the refrigerator so that
when you grind it Fish meat
freezes a bit when it's cold ☺)

2. Add tapioca flour, knead until


smooth, then roll the dough into
a pan filled with hot water. When
the dough is finished, turn on the
fire/stove until it boils and the
meatballs float to the surface of
the water.

3. Remove then drain (use the


remaining meatball cooking
water to make meatball sauce)

4. Meatball sauce: slice the


shallots and garlic then fry until
crispy

5. Puree the fried onions, then


put them in
the broth, add ground pepper,
green onions, celery leaves, salt
and stock powder, check the
taste according to taste

6. Serve the mackerel fish
