Acceptable Guarantors include: Traditional Rulers, Magistrate, Local Government Chairman,
Heads of Educational Institutions attended, Career Civil Servant not below the rank of Grade
Level 12, Police Officer not below the rank of CSP or Military Officer not below the rank of
Lieutenant Colonel.
