2. Dress Code of:

- Waiters black pants, black long sleeves, apron

3. Logistics of Bride Reveal


- Make sure to follow the exact timestamp in the music for the reveal
- No hands to be seen in opening the curtain
- There should only be a rope or any pulling mechanism to open the curtain for the bride reveal

4. After Ceremony
- Assist Guests to the pica-pica area right after the photo op in ceremony
- Make sure only the principal spoonsors & entourage remains in the ceremony area
- Rev, Couple and Principal sponsors will sign the marriage documents

5. Pica Pica
- Table design should be on theme
- Can we customize the food in it? kung ano lang po nasa contract, let us know which to remove para dagdagan yung portion ng ibang items
- We don't want to waste food so only the ones we know the guests will like shouold be there

6. Street Food Carts Pica Pica


- Start & End time
- needs 220 volt
- needs 2hrs set up time before start time

7. Photobooth
- Start & End time
- 4 hrs service
- Has a message book so all guests should be encourage to go to the photobooth to take a pic and lewave a message
- Free 30 minute stop olicy
- Want to have photobooth open even befoore ceremony then just stop it during ceremony and resume in reception so we can maximize the 4 hrs of service time
8. After the photoshoot of couple
- Before reception, we want to have 15 mins of uninterrupted time on the rooftop or any place. We want to have a moment alone to endulge the cherish the moment

9. Cake
- Finalize the cake flavor & design

10. Catering
- Black charger plate? - clear and gold only, we may use black table napkins instead
Reception VIPs
- Per course or plated buffet? - Plated buffet, pasta and starter served on a different plate
- Lechon setup 1500 service fee (lechon table, chaffing dish, foodlamp, chopper)

11. Mobile Bar


- Exact time of start & end of mobile bar
- They need 2 hrs before start time to set up their booth
- Needs 8x6ft space with power outlet
- Can transfer setup if needed (from red garden to white garden if lights and souns will leave early)
- Free 30 minute stop time

12. Sounds & Lights


- Both in ceremony & recepotion? - yes
- Up until what time is the sounds and lights? Can they stay until after party? (1-2 hrs after end of reception) Php2,000/hr extension after program (430-530pm ceremony / 630-930pm program)

13. Printables

14. Confirm all freebies


- Mannequin? yes
- Sparklers? yes
- Petals on aisle? yes
- Cake cutting essentials? catering will cover, please note that you only need to slice the cake waiter will bring the sliced cake to you in the middle of the stage for photo ops
- Wine in wine toasting? one complimentary red wine bottle
- Free flowing water & ice for all suppliers? water and ice available during reception, we can provide water, ice is an additional normally at 100 per sack

15. Suppliers Meals


- What dish will be served? BEST SELLERS - Tapa for Breakfast, Hickory chicken for Lunch, Beef with Mushroom Gravy for Dinner
16. Post event
- All leftovers will be packed? - yes, please provide microwavable containers
- Leftover ice? if there is any, we may transfer to your ice chest
- Do we need to prepare containers/tupperware for it or is it alreaddy provided?
