All employees are hereby informed of the IPC Memorandum No. 2024-004 dated 08 March 2024 issued by the Infection
Prevention Control Committee (IPCC) pertaining to the updated guidelines on COVID-19 through the PDITR+Strategy and to
reiterate that wearing a face mask is highly encouraged but no longer mandatory.

Attached herein is the said unit memorandum for your reference.
