Performance Objective:
Given the qualification you are assigned to you should be able to
develop a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics that is suitable for
the learners that you have in your region or area of operation.

Supplies : Bond paper

Equipment : PC, printer with ink

Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the sample data gathering tool for trainees’
characteristics in the source that was provided to
you.
2. Based on the clients that you have and the qualification assigned to you,
edit the file to make a data gathering tool for trainees characteristics
which is suitable to your qualification and area of operation.
3. Present your work to your trainer.
