Qualification: The candidates should posses Bachelor's Degree of a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification. The candidate should have cleared UPSC Civil Services (Main) exam. The candidate should be resident of Tamil Nadu. Age limit: 45 Years (as on 01.01.2025) Duties and Responsibilities: + Execution of the works assigned by the higher authorities. “~ Attending to Meetings conducted in the premises of SIPCOT and other meetings in Secretariat / Other offices as directed. * Inspection of the existing Industrial Parks / Proposed site as and when directed. + Perusal of the files initiated by the sub-ordinate officer / staff and moving the same to the next level officer for getting approval. - * Monitoring the works assigned to the sub-ordinate officers / staff. Remuneration: The annual remuneration will be Rs.18.00 lakhs per annum (consolidated pay), subject to the applicable TDS. Period of Contract: The Contract period is initially for 5 years and extendable further based on requirements. The engagement of Consultant is purely on temporary basis and no claim shall lie for regular employment on that basis at any stage. The appointment of Consultants would be on full-time basis.Selection Criteria: The selection shall be made on the basis of performance of the candidate in the interview before the selection committee and the final selection would be subject to the outcome of interview marks and overall merit ranking. Self-attested copies of certificates in support of Educational Qualification and experience (originals required to be produced for verification at the time of interview) should be attached along with the application form in the prescribed proforma (Annexure).
