INVITATION FOR AUDITORIUM RECITAL WITH MUSEUM TOUR

Dear students and parents,


We hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to announce that our next in-person recital
will be held in an auditorium in Museo de Muntinlupa on July 27, 2024. It is with great pleasure
then, that we extend an invitation for you to participate in this year’s recital. Performing in an
auditorium not only looks elegant but also conveys a sense of quality and professionalism.
Performing on auditorium stage can be incredibly empowering for students. Below are some
details:

Date: July 27, 2024, Saturday


Time: 1:00pm (tentative)
Venue: Museo ng Muntinlupa, Centennial Avenue, Tunasan, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila
Attire: Formal, any color

In addition, recitalists and guests can take a tour of the museum before or after the program.
So, it’s a recital event with a free museum tour!

I hope you will be able to join us. We will be needing your support to fund the recital. The
recital fee will be ₱3,000 or a little more, depending on the number of students joining. The
final cost should not exceed ₱3,500. That is why we need your confirmation as soon as possible.
We shall finalize it soon.

We also plan to divide the program into two parts this time, (making it 2 hours per program) so
that the audience won’t spend 3–4 hours at the event anymore. Dividing the program into 2
will be a better setup for everyone. Meaning, when you belong to 1st program, you can already
leave when it is finished, making way for the participants of the 2nd program. We are currently
planning the program flow.
