2021 was a year of several challenges, despite which we delivered on all our SLAs with stellar contributions from ~3400 engaged associates across 377 processes, and

went onto scaling-up processes like ITRS, Big Data & DnA. We successfully partnered Enterprise initiatives on many fronts besides enabling ~99% of our associates to

remotely work across all our operations. We successfully transitioned to a new office in Noida with truly leading infrastructure amenities. Our continuous investments in learning

have remained strong with over ~650+ sessions (VLTs & Online) covering ~60000+ learning hours across our locations.

The introduction of several COVID related benefits helped our employees and their families tide over the 2nd wave of the pandemic. Our collective efforts under MADAD

brought forth the best of the humanitarian spirit amongst us, which went onto gain Enterprise recognition. The introduction of multiple wellness programs & essential

teleconsulting services received positive employee acclaim.

These collective efforts won recognition for us and we got recognised as a Great Place To Work® yet again. We won the “Educational Achievement Award in Asia/Pacific

region” for the 10th consecutive year. The strong ‘My Voice’ engagement score of 85 & participation score of 95% validated our approach on our engagement front. We

sincerely thank you for helping us build a great organization and retain our core focus on servicing our customers during these difficult times.

It is against the backdrop of normalcy returning gradually in and around us and the positive momentum generated though our collective efforts, that we wish to embark on our

Return to Office (RTO) strategy - with care, empathy, trust and flexibility.

The Annual Performance Cycle (Jan 2021 – Dec 2021) concluded a few weeks ago. Keeping in view your overall contributions and time in role, your Annual Performance rating

has been assessed as "Successful”, which has been communicated to you.

An Annual Performance Bonus of INR 24579 will be paid along with your March 2022 salary.

Your revised compensation is attached as Annexure 1 which provides a break-up of the revised Fixed Compensation effective April 01, 2022.

Your next salary review will be in April 2023. Unless specified in this letter, all other terms & conditions of your employment remain as per your Employment Agreement or as

modified from time to time in compliance with MetLife’s policies.

1. Notice Period clause as mentioned in your employment agreement/letter, stands amended and shall read as under with effect from 1st April 2022:

Either party may terminate the employment by giving a mandatory requirement of 90 days’ notice to the other party, also applicable during probation period. The Company may, at its discretion,

with or without conditions, agree to waive off the 90 days’ notice period requirement, either wholly or partly. Your release from the Company shall be subject to completing the exit formalities and

returning all Company materials and proprietary information. However, in the event of any sexual harassment, misconduct or on any Omission or Commission committed by you, which would

prejudice and be detrimental to the interest of the Company, the Company is entitled to terminate your employment/Services with immediate effect with or without prior notice.
