Motor control/frequency converter type D

Mitsubishi FR-S 520/540 - Adjustment instructions
The motor control (frequency converter) has to be adjusted after exchange.

 If you are not sure if the new frequency converter is configured according
to the Default parameters (= factory setting) you have to set the default
parameters first, as described in the following manual. (Parameter CLR
set to 1).

Attention
S Possibly turn off the Write protection for parameters (parameter
30 set to 1 and parameter 77 set to 0).

 Afterwards, set the listed parameters. All steps required for the configuration are described in the follow-
ing manual (order no. 95588237) in the paragraphs operation/control and function list.

A Warning
To carry out service work at the frequency converter successfully it is essential that you read the
Safety instructions of the following manual. Be sure not to start the conveyor while setting the para-
meters.
