I work in a manufacturing sector that produces electrical appliances that concentrate on the

development of technology to provide the necessary items for our clients. The top management
team leading our business has always structured it properly .They also have a major role to play
in ensuring that the business meets its goals. Examples include: making long-term choices on the
goals of the business, creating plans to ensure that the firm achieves its objectives and
performing external factors studies which may influence the operations of the company .In our
company, individual management of various departments has been allowed to make a number of
choices that are beneficial for the development of the business. Decentralization provides a
mechanism that workers have free will and trust in their decision-making and also feel the
significance of becoming part of the company (Thompson Jr, Peteraf, Gamble, and Strickland
2020).

Decision making in the organization is done by a group of peoples working in the organization.
It is not carried out by a single individual rather than by a group of people. Each people actively
participate in decision making of the organization. They are free to present their creative ideas
without any foundations. If any decision is taken wrong then it would be having negative
consequences on the organization. It may affect its overall functioning making it hard for
organizations to attain their goals. Decision-making process makes it possible to choose the right
action among different alternatives available. This right decision selection makes it easy to
properly manage all business affairs and easily attain objectives (Ilsøe Anna, Madsen Jørgen
Steen, & Due Jesper, 2007).

Decentralization and mutual consensus among all the members has enhanced our working style
and also allowed the individual management to concentrate more efficiently and swiftly on other
important problems and to take decisions. Finally, decentralization has helped the company
reduce decision-making setbacks to a minimum. It allows managers to take choices and achieve
their full potential within the period specified.
