RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE HONORABLE ENGR. OSCAR “RICHARD”
S. GARIN JR. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY IGSOLIGUE, MIAGAO, ILOILO IN
THE AMOUNT OF PHP 70,000.00 (SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY).

WHEREAS, Barangay Igsoligue, Miagao, Iloilo is always chosen as the venue of big gatherings such as general
assembly, training and seminar, etc.

WHEREAS, the aforesaid infrastructure project is a priority thrust of the Barangay Council that would benefit
residents of the Barangay as a whole because the Construction of Multi-purpose Building is one of the venue for the
activities of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, the body approved to ask financial assistance from the office of Honorable Engr. Oscar “Richard” S.
Garin Jr. in order to lessen the financial burden of the barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Jeffrey Cabillora and duly seconded by Barangay
Kagawad Pedro Farparan;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE HONORABLE
ENGR. OSCAR “RICHARD” S. GARIN JR. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OF BARANGAY
IGSOLIGUE, MIAGAO, ILOILO IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 70,000.00 (SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of HONORABLE ENGR. OSCAR “RICHARD”
S. GARIN JR. and other offices concerned for their information, guidance and approval.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE PUNONG BARANGAY ANN RHEA PANERGAR HEREIN REFERRED TO AS
SECOND PARTY TO SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE FIRST PARTY HEREIN
REPRESENTED BY HON. MACARIO N. NAPULAN, M.D. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYTEM AT
BARANGAY IGSOLIGUE, MIAGAO, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Agreement for the funding of CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT
BRGY. IGSOLIGUE, MIAGAO, ILOILO was made and executed by and between the Sangguniang Barangay represented by
the Hon. Punong Barangay ANN RHEA PANERGAR as the Second Party and Hon. Macario N. Napulan, M.D. as the First
Party;

WHEREAS, the said Memorandum of Agreement has to be signed by both parties;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay Kagawad ROMULO MONDANO and duly seconded by Barangay
Kagawad JUVY NASALGA;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO AUTHORIZE THE HONORABLE PUNONG BARANGAY ANN RHEA
PANERGAR HEREIN REFERRED TO AS SECOND PARTY TO SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN
THE FIRST PARTY HEREIN REPRESENTED BY HON. MACARIO N. NAPULAN M.D. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER
SUPPLY SYSTEM AT BARANGAY IGSOLIGUE, MIAGAO, ILOILO.
