Your identity will be verified using technical means and biometrics. If impersonation is detected or you are caught engaging in any form of misconduct, you will be disqualified at any level of training or service. Additionally, you will be barred from future selection opportunities. Furthermore, legal action will be taken against you under sections 420 (cheating), 467 (forgery of valuable security), and 471 (using as genuine a forged document) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
आपकी पहचान तकनीकी साधनों और बायोमेट्रिक का उपयोग करके सत्यापित की जाएगी यदि प्रतिरूपण का पता चलता है या आप किसी भी प्रकार के कदाचार में लिप्त पकड़े जाते है तोआपका चयन प्रशिक्षण या सेवा के किसी भी स्तर पर अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। और आगे के चयन के अवसरों से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा इसके अलावा आप पर आईपीसी की भारतीय दण्ड संहिता धारा 420 सी (धोखा धाड़ी), 467 (मूल्यवान सुरक्षा की जालसाजी) और 471 सी (जाली के रूप में वास्तविक का उपयोग करना) के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
कृपया निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें

1. Mere issue of Admit Card to the candidate will not imply that his/ her candidature has been finally cleared by the Indian Navy.
उम्मीदवार को एडमिट कार्ड जारी करने का मतलब यह नहीं होगा की उसकी उम्मीदवारी को भारतीय नौसेना द्वारा अंतिम रूप से मंजूरी देदी गयी है।
2. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTRE WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. OWN ARRANGEMENTS ARE TO BE MADE FOR BOARDING AND LODGING.
परीक्षा केंद्र में बदलाव केलिए किसी भी अनुरोध पर किसी भी परिस्थिति में, विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। भोजन और आवास के किए स्वयं को व्यवस्था करना हैं।
3. Following documents are required to be carried: - (i) Admit Card/ Hall Ticket (ii) Original Copy of Aadhar card (iii) Domicile Certificate with Photograph (iv) Voter Identity Card/ Driving License/ PAN Card (v) Cass X/XII Certificate with Photograph (vi) Six recent coloured photographs (clicked not before 01 May 24)
निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों को परीक्षा केंद्र में ले जाना अवश्यक है: - (अ) एडमिट कार्ड/ हाल टिकिट (ब) आधार कार्ड की मूल प्रति (क) फोटोग्राफ के साथ अधिवास प्रमाण पत्र (ग) मतदाता पहचान पत्र/ ड्राइविंग लैसेंस/ पैन कार्ड (घ) फोटोग्राफ के साथ कक्षा १०/१२ का प्रमाण पत्र (ड़) छह हालिया रंगीन तस्वीरें (०१ मई २४ से पहले क्लिक की गयी)
4. You will not be eligible to appear in another shift on the same date or any other date, if absent from the scheduled shift. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center, 30 mins after the reporting time.
निर्धारित शिफ्ट से उम्मीदवार अनुपस्थित होने पर उसी शिफ्ट या किसी अन्य तारीख को दूसरी शिफ्ट में उपस्थित होने के पात्र नहीं होंगे। रिपोर्टिंग समय के ३० मिनट् बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
5. The candidates appearing in the entrance examination should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respect so as to avoid disappointment at any later stage. Your candidature for the entrance examination is "PURELY PROVISIONAL". In case, it is found that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage.
प्रवेश परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने वाले उम्मीदवार को अपने स्वयं के हित में सभी प्रकार से अपनी पात्रता की जांच करनी चाहिए ताकि बाद के चरण में निराशा से बच सकें। प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी “विसुध रूपसे अस्थायी” है यदि यह पाया जाता है की उम्मीदवार पात्रता मानदंडो को पूरा नहीं करता है तो ऐसे उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी किसी भी स्तर पर अस्वीकार करदी जाएगी।
6. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Micro Phone, Headphone, Bluetooth device or any other Associated Accessories, ornaments, any type of metallic items, Calculator, Log Tables, Pager, Digital Diary Books, etc., are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found to be in possession of any of these devices/ documents his candidature is liable to be cancelled and legal action shall be initiated in accordance with provisions of Indian Penal Code. There is no safekeeping or locker arrangement for candidates’ belongings. The Indian Navy will not be responsible for its safe custody.
परीक्षा हॉल मे मोबाइल फोन, माइक्रो फोन, हैड फोन, ब्लुटूथ डिवाइस या किसी अन्य सहायक उपकरण, आभूषण, किसी भी प्रकार की धातु की वस्तुए आदि जेसे इलेक्ट्रोनिक उपकरणो को रखना ओर उपयोग करना सख्त वर्जित हैं। यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास इनमे से कोई भी उपकरण/ दस्तावेज़ पाया जाता है तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द करदी जाएगी और भारतीय दंड संहिता के प्रधानो के अनुसार कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उम्मीदवारों के सामान को सुरक्षित रखने या लॉकर की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है, भारतीय नौसेना इसकी सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
7. The Examination shall consist of multiple-choice objective questions of 30 minutes duration. Questions and answers will be available in English and Hindi only.
परीक्षा में ३० मिनट्स की अवधि के बहुविकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न होंगे। प्रश्न और उत्तर केवल अंग्रेजी और हिन्दी भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होंगे।

9. The Indian Navy shall have the discretion to fix qualifying marks in any or all the sections of the examination.
भारतीय नौसेना के पास परीक्षा के किसी भी वर्ग या सभी वर्गों मे योग्यता अंक तय करने का अधिकार होगा।
10. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall for any reason, before examination end time.
उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा समाप्त होने से पहले किसी भी कारण से परीक्षा कक्ष छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
11. Candidates should not “copy and paste” details of admit cards. Admit card is to be printed in the same format.
उम्मीदवार को प्रवेश पत्र के विवरण को ‘कॉपी ओर पेस्ट’ नहीं करना चाहिए। एडमिट कार्ड इसी फौरमेट मे प्रिंट लेना है।
12. Candidate is to paste a recent photograph next to the printed photo and sign in the blank space given below. Signature of the candidate in the blank space provided, must be in presence of the exam center invigilator and not done prior by the candidate
उम्मीदवार को मुद्रित फोटो के बगल मे एक हालिया तस्वीर चिपकानी है और नीचे दिये स्थान में हस्ताक्षर करना है। निकटतम खाली स्थान मे उम्मीदवार के हस्ताक्षर, परीक्षा केंद्र निरीक्षक की उपस्थिती मे होने चाहिए ओर उम्मीदवार द्वारा पहले नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
13. Wallets, purses, watches and any other valuables are not to be carried inside examination centres. Indian Navy will not bear responsibility of any items.
परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर पर्स, घड़िया और कोई कीमती सामान नहीं ले जाना है। भारतीय नौसेना किसी भी वस्तु की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं उठाएगी।
14. Candidates called for Stage II shall be required to carry this Admit Card (duly signed), along with the Admit Card for Stage II. Candidates not carrying the same, shall not be permitted to appear in the Stage II process.
द्वितीय चरण के लिए बुलाये गए उम्मीदवारों को द्वितीय चरण के एडमिट कार्ड के साथ यह एडमिट कार्ड भी ले जाना होगा। दोनों नहीं ले जाने वाले उम्मीदवारों को द्वितीय चरण प्रक्रिया में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
15. Aadhaar card is to be mandatorily carried for verification.
सत्यापन के लिए आधार कार्ड प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है।

दलालों/ धोखेबाज़ों/ असामाजिक तत्वों से सावधान रहें

Persons claiming rapport with the officials of the Naval Recruitment Organization may Promise to get a candidate recruited and on that pretext may collect money. WE WOULD LIKE TO ASSERT THAT SUCH A THING IS NOT POSSIBLE. Approach the police and lodge a FIR in case of any harassment by touts. All short-listed applicants are issued Call up letter cum Admit Card. You are advised to conduct yourself as a law-abiding citizen of the country and refrain from using unfair means.
नौसेना भर्ती संगठन के साथ तालमेल का दावा करने वाले व्यक्ति उम्मीदवारों से भर्ती करने का वादा कर सकते हें। और उस बहाने पैसे मांग सकते हैं। हम यह कहना चाहेंगे कि ऐसा संभव नहीं है। पुलिस से संपर्क करें और दलालों द्वारा किसी भी उत्पीड़न के मामले एफ-आई-आर करें। सभी सूचीबद्ध आवेदकों को कॉल उप लेटर सह एड्मिट कार्ड जारी किए जाते हैं। आपको सलाह दी जाती है कि आप अपने आप को देश के कानून का पालन करने वाले नागरिक के रूप में आचरण करें और अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करने से बचें।
Candidates caught indulging in unlawful activities/ impersonation/ falsification shall be dealt with legally under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों/ प्रतिरूपण/ मिथ्याकरण में लिप्त पकड़े गए उम्मीदवारों के साथ भारतीय दंड संहिता के प्राबधानों के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

1. Do not close the browser any time during the test.

परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी समय ब्राउज़र/ साइट को बंद न करें।
2. Check your Name, Hall Ticket Number and Photograph as displayed on the screen. In case of any discrepancy, report the same to the Invigilator immediately.
स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित अपना नाम, हाल टिकिट नंबर और फोटोग्राफ देखें यदि विसंगति होती है तो तुरंत निरीक्षक को इसकी सूचना दें।
3. Ensure that you have affixed the recent colour photograph and signed the attendance sheet brought by the invigilators during the exam. You are to record the Session ID on the attendance sheet. Any unrecorded Session ID corresponding to a candidate will not be considered for evaluation and all response on that unrecorded Session ID will be treated as null and void.
सुनिश्चित करें कि आपने हालिया रंगीन तस्वीर चिपका दी है और परीक्षा के दौरान पर्यवेक्षकों द्वारा लाई गयी उपस्थिती पत्रक पर हस्ताक्षर किए है। आपको उपस्थिती पत्रक पर सत्र आईडी रेकॉर्ड करना है। किसी उम्मीदवार के अनुरूप किसी भी अनरिकोरडेड सत्र आईडी को मूल्यांकन के लिए नहीं माना जाएगा और उस अनरिकोरडेड सत्र आईडी पर सभी प्रतिक्रियाओं को सून्य माना जाएगा।
4. System would notify the candidate about the start of exam. Candidate should click on Start Examination button immediately after receiving the notification or instruction on the instruction page.
सिस्टम उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा की शुरुआत के बारे में सूचित करेगा। उम्मीदवार को निर्देश पृष्ठ पर अधिसूचना या निर्देश प्रकट करने के तुरंत बाद परीक्षा शुरू करने के लिए बटन पर क्लिक करना चाहिए।
5. Paper has 50 objective-type questions. Each objective-type question has four choices of which only one is correct. Candidate should select the radio button given below the question corresponding to his/her correct choice.
पेपर में 50 वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न होते हैं। प्रत्येक वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न में चार विकल्प होते हैं जिनमें से केवल एक ही सही होता है। उम्मीदवार को अपने सही विकल्प के अनुरूप प्रश्न के नीचे दिये गए अनुपात बटन का चयन करना चाहिए।
6. Marking scheme of exam is as follows:
      a. + 1 mark for each correct answer
      b. - 0.25 (Negative Quarter) mark for each wrong answer
      c. 0 (zero) mark for each un-attempted question
परीक्षा के अंकन योजना इस प्रकार है।
      (क) प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए +१ अंक।      (ख) -०.२५ अंक प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए      (ग) बिना प्रयास किए गए प्रश्न के लिए ० अंक।
7. Duration of paper is 30 minutes. You are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of exam. If you stand up during the examination or found talking with other candidates during the examination then your candidature will be cancelled
पेपर की अवधि 30 मिनट है। परीक्षा समाप्त होने से पहले आपको परीक्षा कक्ष छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं है। यदि आप परीक्षा के दौरान खड़े हो जाते हैं या परीक्षा के दौरान आप किसी अन्य उम्मीदवारों से बात कराते हुए पाए जाते है तो आपकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
8. On clicking the Start Examination button given at the bottom of the instructions page, you will be directed to the question display screen.
निर्देश प्रष्ठ के नीचे दिए गए परीक्षा प्रारम्भ बटन पर क्लिक करने पर आपको प्रश्न डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन पर निर्देशित किया जाएगा।
9. Once the exam has started:
      a. You should not open any other software application on the computer system.
      b. You should not shut down the computer nor fiddle with the assigned hardware or software.
      c. If the browser is closed accidently or due to any unforeseen circumstances, report to invigilator for help and you must update the new Session ID on the attendance sheet. In case of any other technical problem, report to invigilator immediately by raising your hand or calling the invigilator. In no case you are to stand up without the approval of the invigilator.
परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होने पर :-
      (क) आपको कंप्यूटर सिस्टम पर कोई अन्य सॉफ्टवेर एप्लिकेशन नहीं खोलना चाहिए।
      (ख) आपको कम्यूटर बंद नहीं करने चाहिए और न ही निर्दिष्ट हार्डवेयर या सॉफ्टवेयर के साथ खिलवाड़ करने चाहिए।
      (ग) यदि ब्रौसर गलती से या किसी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थिति के कारण बंद हो जाते है, तो मदद के लिए पर्यवेक्षक को रिपोर्ट करें और आपको उपस्थिती पत्रक पर सत्र आईडी अपडेट करनी होगी। किसी भी अन्य तकनीकी समस्या के लिए निरीक्षक को तुरंत सूचित करें। किसी भी स्थिति में आपको निरीक्षक की मंजूरी के बिना खड़ा नहीं होना है।
     
10. You can navigate through questions using scroll bar or directly scroll through the question number grid. The questions can be answered in any order within the given time frame
आप स्क्रॉल बार का उपयोग करके प्रश्नों के माध्यम से नेविगेट कर सकते हैं या सीधे प्रश्न संख्या ग्रिड के माध्यम से स्क्रॉल कर सकते हैं। प्रश्नों का उत्तर दी गई समय सीमा के भीतर किसी भी क्रम में दिया जा सकता है।
11. The timer is available on the TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER of the screen; you are requested to keep a tab on it to ensure that you plan your exam within the allocated time.
टाइमर स्क्रीन ऊपरी दाएँ कोने पर उपलब्ध है आपसे अनुरोध है की आप इस पर नजर रखें ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके की आप आवंटित समय के भीतर अपनी परीक्षा की योजना बना रहे हैं।
12. Exam screen contains the following buttons with functionality as specified below:
परीक्षा स्क्रीन में नीचे निर्दिष्ट कार्यक्षमता के साथ निम्नलिखित बटन शामिल हैं।

Clicking on this button will open the instructions for the exam. After reading the instructions candidate has to click on ‘Continue with Examination’ button to move back to the questions interface.
इस बटन (button) पर क्लिक करने पर परीक्षा के लिए निर्देश खुल जाएंगे।निर्देशा को पढ़ने के बाद उम्मीदवार को प्रश्न इंटरफ़ेस पर वापस जाने के लिए “परीक्षा जारी रखें” बटन (button) पर क्लिक करने होगा।

In case you are not sure about the answer, you may use Mark For Review to mark the question for a later attempt. It will be shown with “?” against the question (in the question number grid). If the question has been answered and has been marked for review, then “√?” will be displayed against the question in the question number grid.
यदि आप उत्तर के बारे में निश्चित नहीं हैं, तो आप बाद के प्रयास के लिए प्रश्न को चिन्हित करने के लिए समीक्षा के लिए चिह्न का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। यह “? “ के साथ दिखाया जाएगा प्रश्न के विरुद्ध (प्रश्न सख्या ग्रिड में) यदि प्रश्न का उत्तर दिया गया है और समीक्षा के लिए चिन्हित (Mark for Review) किया गया है तो प्रश्न के सामने प्रश्न संख्या ग्रिड में ‘_/?” के साथ प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।

This button will submit the examination, and the Examination will be ended. Once the Examination gets ended by Candidate, it can’t be started again.
बटन (Button) परीक्षा सबमिट( Submit Examination) करेगा, और परीक्षा समाप्त हो जाएगी। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा एक बार परीक्षा सबमिटके करने के बाद दुबारा शुरू नहीं की जा सकेगी।

13. The statistics of attempted and un-attempted questions is shown in the left side of the screen. You can click on any of the attempted ones to revise the answers in case you wish to do so.
प्रयास किए गए और बिना प्रयास किए गए प्रश्न के आंकड़े स्क्रीन के बाईं ओर दिखाए गए हैं। यदि आप चाहें तो उत्तरों को संसोधित करने के लिए प्रयास किए गए किसी भी उत्तर पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं।
14. Questions which are attempted and marked for review would be treated as attempted questions only as long as the candidate does not clear the option selected.
जो प्रश्न समीक्षा के लिए चिन्हित है, उन्हें तब तक प्रयास किए गए प्रश्न के रूप में माना जाएगा जब तक उम्मीदवार चयनित विकल्प साफ नहीं कर देता।
15. The candidate can choose to unmark his answer by clicking the CLEAR Answer button provided at the bottom of the screen.
उम्मीदवार स्क्रीन के नीचे दिए गए “स्पष्ट उत्तर” बटन (Button) पर क्लिक करके अपने उत्तर को अचिह्नित करना चुन सकता है।
16. You have been provided with one A4 size sheet for rough work. You must record your Name, Hall Ticket Number and Session ID on the rough sheet. Please make sure to return the rough sheet to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
आपको रफ कार्य के लिए एक ए-४ आकार की शीट उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। आपको रफ शीट पर अपना नाम, हॉल टीकेट नंबर और सत्र आईडी दर्ज करना होगा। कृपया परीक्षा कक्ष छोड़ने से पहले रफ शीट निरीक्षक को लौटाना सुनिश्चित करें।
17. Don’t forget to click on ‘Submit Examination’ button on completion of Examination.
परीक्षा पूरी होने पर “परीक्षा सबमिट करें (Submit Examination)” बटन (Button) पर क्लिक करना न भूलें।
18. The Exam would be auto – submitted in case time has elapsed for the paper, even if the candidate does not click on Submit Examination button
यदि पेपर के लिए समय बीत चुका है तो परीक्षा स्वयं सबमिट हो जाएगी, भलें ही उम्मीदवार ने सबमिट परीक्षा (Submit Examination) बटन (Button) पर क्लिक ना किया हें।
19. Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers and electronic devices in any form are not allowed to be used in the Exam Hall. If you have any such device or other prohibited material, you must deposit the same even at this stage. Candidates will be disqualified if found indulging in any kind of malpractice like, using electronic device, talking, impersonation (proxy candidate) etc.
परीक्षा कक्ष में किसी भी रूप में केलकुलेटर, मोबाइलफोन, पेजर और इलेक्ट्रोनिक उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं हैं।यदि आपके पास ऐसा कोई उपकरण या प्रतिबंधित सामग्री है तो आपको उसीसमय वहीं जमा करना होगा। किसी भी प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रोनिक उपकरण का उपयोग करना, बात करना, प्रतिरूपण (प्रोक्सी उम्मेदवार) आदि में लिप्त पाए जाने पर उम्मीदवारों को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
20. Any candidate found in possession of any unauthorised material (specified in Para 7 of the Important Instructions above) or indulging in copying or impersonation or adopting unfair means shall entail disciplinary action including cancellation of candidature.
किसी भी अनधिकृत सामग्री (उपर्युत्त महत्वपूरण निर्देशों के पैरा ६ मैं निर्दिष्ट) या किसी नकल या प्रतिपूरन में लिप्त होने या अनुचित साधन अपनाने पर उम्मीदवारी रद्द करने सहित अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
21. Candidate must not bring any pen/pencil/eraser/paper/cardboard/writing board/pencil-box/bag to the examination centre.
परीक्षा केंद्र में कोई पेन/ पेंसिल/ रबर/ कागज/ कार्डबोर्ड/ राइटिंग बोर्ड/ पेंसिल बॉक्स/ बेग आदि लाना मना है।
