As an accomplished business development consultant/trainer, I read your advert for vacant part time
teaching positions with interest. I therefore In line with the Busitema University advert dated 17/July 2019
inviting Applicants to fill vacant part time teaching positions. I passionately apply for the above position.

My experiences and educational background aligns well with the qualification you are seeking at Busitema
University. In particular my roles as a Business Development Consultant and Trainer at Worldtech
Agribusiness Consult, am certain that I would make valuable addition to Busitema University mission of
provide high standard training, engage in quality research and outreach for socio-economic transformation
and sustainable development. With more than 7years experience in working with and youth people, as well
as experience in business consultancy training, I enjoy helping young entrepreneurs and learners to
professionally structure and grow their career to reach their full potential.

In my current position as a business development Consultant for Worldtech Agribusiness Consult, I

develop and implement business training programs for NGOs and private business as well as maintaining a
regular training schedule for TOTs. I have been involved in research and I also keep myself abreast with
the market information and different new business modules and facilitation methods. I am well-versed in
training procedures, lecturing, facilitation methods and educational theory. I enjoy putting this knowledge
into practice and being able to see learner growth from the beginning of a program to completion. My Past
employers and trainee have praised me for my efficiency organization and people skills. I would love to be
given the chance to demonstrate my competence and share my knowledge obtained in Bachelor degree in
Business Administration of Gulu University, Diploma in Finance and Business computing of Makerere
University, short training and on job training with the staff and beneficiaries of our consultancy firm.

My ability to assist trainees in learning complex information in business and to use my knowledge of
educational methods to develop successful training programs, understanding of facilitation skills, ability to
work under pressure and in multicultural environment are among my greatest strengths. I would appreciate
