Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as a Programme Coordinator
of Lingaya's Vidyapeeth for skills and collaborative education to help and support the students
who are pursuing training programmes in Paramedical. You are primarily responsible for
following services to students of Vidyapeeth Paramedical who are enrolled in vocational
training programmes.

1. To act as an interface between the "University", "lndustry" and the "students" enrolled in
University's Paramedical programmes.
2. Career Counselling, lndustrial training, Placement, etc'
3. To act as an interface between the university, Paramedical lndustry and the students.
4. ldentifying the Paramedical lndustry in the local area for the on the job training.
5. Arranging internship opportunities.
6. To arrange interactive sessions from experienced professionals of Paramedical Sector for
helping students in understanding real-life work problems.
7. Usebestpracticestocreateapositivelearningenvironment,toplaceeachlearnerunder
competent suPervisor(s).

your services shall be limited as stated above and to the extent of providing true lnformation,
Counselling & Guidance to Vidyapeeth students who are explicitly enrolled in vocational
training programmes. This appointment is initially for one year as probation and further
renewal will be subject to satisfaction of university and shall be govern as per Rule &
Regulations of the UniversitY.

ln the event of violation of any norms of the university, the appointment may be terminated
without giving any notice.
