• Hands-on site-based experience in all facets of KBR designed Natural Gas based Ammonia Plant (960 MTPD)
operations i.e. start-up, shutdown, smooth operations, process optimization, troubleshooting and emergency
handling, product quality management, maintaining best service factor, equipment integrity with high MTBF,
training of plant personnel, ensuring zero harm to people, plant or environment and achieving best Plant KPIs
• Ensured efficient & coherent operations as stipulated by SOPs, Quality and SHE standards
• Ensured plant operating parameters, process analyzers & plant performance within safe operating limits
• Analyzed unit-operating data e.g. Laboratory results, Operator Log & DCS HMIs to look for any process deviation

• Led Yokogawa DCS/ESD Retrofit project at Ammonia Plant & replaced the old pneumatic system. This project
consisted of Commissioning of 1330 IO’s starting from Preliminary design Review, IO’s Assignment with respect
to new Marshalling/System Cabinets, Graphics preparation, Control narratives development, Cold & Hot loop
testing following the stringent PSSR protocols
