AN ORDER RE-ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY HEALTH EMERGENCY

RESPONSE TEAM (BHERTS) OF BARANGAY G, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN
SAMAR DESIGNATING ITS COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS.

WHEREAS, in compliance with the mandates of the law, there is hereby organized a Barangay
Health emergency and Response Team (BHERTS) in Barangay G, to strengthen the
preparedness of the Barangay in cases of widespread health risks and related emergencies;

WHEREAS, the team which will be headed by the Punong Barangay shall formulate an annual
Barangay Health Emergency and Response Team (BHERTS) Plan that includes areas to address,
strategies/interventions, resources needed, funding. Persons responsible, timetable, and partner
agencies;

WHEREAS, monitor and conduct periodic assessment of the prevailing conditions and wellness
in the barangay;

WHEREAS, the member of the Council shall review/amend the annual BHERT Plan to make it
more responsive to address the issues and concerns of the community;

WHEREAS, the Council shall coordinate with and endorse to the concerned government
agencies health-related cases that are beyond the capacity of the Council to address;

WHEREAS, the Council shall composed of the following:

NOW THEREFORE. I, MA. NIRENE E. RAMOS, Punong Barangay of Barangay G
Borongan City, Eastern Samar, by the power vested in me under Section 389 par. ( a ) par.
( b ) 14 of the Local Government Code of 1991 hereby create the Barangay Health
Emergency and Response Team (BHERTS) of Barangay G Borongan City, Eastern
Samar.
