As you will see from my resume, I have worked as a line cook (internship) in Big
Cedar Lodge, MO, USA in 2017. After that, I continued my study in the field of Food
Productions in Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bali ( STPBI/SPB) Indonesia, and successfully
graduated in 2018. The study was focused on the basics of cookery, standard safety
procedures and handling foodstuffs.

I am currently working in APERITIF Restaurant & Bar (Fine dining) as a Demi Chef
De Partie. In my present position I deliver professional cooking dealing with almost all of the
sections related to exquisite experiences based on the restaurant's eclectic cuisine. I have
worked effectively as a valuable team member, contributing towards targets to consistently
meet the team objectives. At this time, I am coding in the hot sections, learning how to
organize the section and create a more effective practical working environment.

I would like to apply for an Internship in the field of Food Production (Kitchen
Department) that is now especially willing to learn about Food Gastronomic Molecular, and
unique dining cuisine especially Australia. Furthermore, I have wanted to develop my ability
to work on Kitchen experience in the International phase.

I have good skills in written and spoken English, having studied English from
elementary school and I am well prepared to start at your company and bring my full
commitment.

I certainly believe that this working experience will be an excellent contribution to an


international career.
