Our mobilization is scheduled to commence at the end of next week, allowing us sufficient
time to implement the necessary welfare facilities before the arrival of our workforce.

spaces, and sanitation facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Accommodation:

Adequate accommodations will be arranged to provide a comfortable living environment for

our workers. This includes proper sleeping quarters, hygiene facilities, and recreation areas.

Health and Safety Measures:

HSE REQUIREMENTS IN GENERATOR/DIESEL TANK AREA

As of now, our generator is currently non-operational, and the diesel tank is empty, thereby
eliminating any immediate risks associated with these elements. however, we acknowledge
the significance of proactively addressing hse requirements in this area as part of our
commitment to safety.

in light of the above, we have formulated a comprehensive action plan to address the hse
requirements for the generator and diesel tank area:

Hazard Assessment:
conduct a thorough hazard assessment of the generator and diesel tank area to identify
potential risks and hazards associated with their operation.

Safety Signage:
implement clear and visible safety signage in and around the generator/diesel tank area to
highlight potential dangers and safety protocols.
