MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Direct and guide the organization through a Shared Vision and collective responsibilities. Director
Operations/CEO is accountable for the total effectiveness of the organization by ensuring proper
implementation of strategies, policies and procedure that decided by the Management.

Accountable for identifying and developing organization's immediate


and long-term objectives (vision and mission for the company), also
formulating and implementing specific strategies to achieve them.
Responsible for establishing formal and informal organizational
structures as a means of delegating authority and sharing
responsibilities.

Accountable for the continuous development of the effectiveness,
quality and performance of the organization by implementing
knowledge sharing programs, time to time updation of benchmarks and
standards.
Accountable for ensuring that there is a consistent growth in the network
of the company in terms of additions of new SBUs, product line and
customers.

Accountable for the growth in terms of the size of the organization by

Accountable for ensuring that the company is having a very strong plan
in every quarter for meeting its targets and benchmarks. Also make sure
that the day to day functioning is moving on track as per the plan.
Accountable for developing the organization through various
interventions like training, nurturing and gathering programs with the
help of internal and external people development experts.
Accountable for creating and sustaining the goodwill of the company by
keeping high quality product and service also by effective utilization of
its marketing mediums.
Accountable for planning and review customer loyalty programs in
every year for effectively spreading the goodwill of the company with
“value” as the key differentiator from others.
Accountable for maintaining the goodwill of the company by keeping its
Goodwill and promises to the shareholders, staffs, distributors and those who are
Brand Image associating with the company time to time.
Accountable for achieving a minimum 40% extra reach of the product
through good service and network expansions and thereby improve the
brand image of Lamit.

Accountable for communicating the values and vision to the public


through effective marketing communications and PR releases.

Profitability Accountable for meeting the financial and non financial target defined
by the management through proper execution of the strategies.
Accountable for ensuring that the organization is running on a well
defined budget and with at most accuracy. Ensure that each department
is well equipped with the budget and programs.

Accountable for managing the fund flow of the company through proper
review with the GM – operation and finance department in every month
and take corrective actions.
Accountable for raising the fund needed for the organization on a timely
basis with the proper recommendation of the partners and finance team.

Responsible for reviewing the costing and pricing of the products every
year by taking the actual and industry standards.

Accountable to develop the culture of the organization by sharing the


vision and values to the all levels of the organization.
Culture Analyze the cultural direction of the company in social and internal
aspect take proper corrective and preventive measures maintain the
culture of the organization.

ANY OTHER TASKS


 Time to time tasks assigned by the Management

EXPERIENCE
 Min 15 Years experience in senior managerial level such as COO, CEO, CGM.
 Should have handled a company with more than 200Cr turnover with more than 2 or three verticals
 Ability to Strategize and Organize

EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE


 Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices
 Knowledge about the Government Rules and Policies

SKILLS

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel, knowledge of


Accounting Packages, ERP’s.

Management skills: Accounting, Analytical skills, Organization skills, Convincing and negotiation skills,
establishes business objectives and translates business objectives into action plans and results,
experience leading and developing an effective team.

Communication skills: excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of
the organization, able to effectively resolve conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with
managers and staff.
