Dear Candidate,

Thank you for expressing interest in working for Concentrix India. We look forward to welcoming you in the Concentrix family soon. You are getting this email because you
are just few steps away from a job confirmation.

The test has three basic requirements:

A Smartphone/Desktop/Laptop with webcam & headphone

This is a video enabled/web proctored assessment. Please complete it in a quiet place, free of distractions.
Smooth and uninterrupted internet connectivity (throughout the testing session)

We would like to reiterate that you must take the test on a computer with a webcam and dedicated/ smooth internet connectivity. If your test gets stuck at any point, there is a
‘Resume Incomplete Test’ option that will enable you to restart the test at the same place where you got stuck. For more details, please read the instructions given below.
The resume test functionality will only be available till two hours of your test being stopped.

You can complete our assessment on one of the following mobile devices by downloading our online assessment App - "SHL" as well.

Following are the steps for taking the test:

Step 1. For taking the AMCAT exam, click on the URL provided in the email and follow the instructions.
Step 2. Downloads the exe files from the links below and install the software on your system (you can download these files beforehand).

OS Requirements
Windows: 10, 8, 7 (Windows 10S is not a compatible operating system). Includes x86 32 and 64bit processors and ARM 64bit processors using x86 emulation.
Mac: macOS 10.12 to 10.15
Not supported on Linux
Candidate device Memory specs:
Windows: 2 GB RAM
Mac: 2 GB RAM
Candidate device Hard Disk Space specs:
Windows: 200 MB of free hard disk space
Mac: 200 MB of free hard disk space

Browser/OS Requirements: This Assessment is best-supported by the below-listed Browsers/Versions only.

Google Chrome (version 100 and above, latest version is preferred)

Mozilla Firefox (version 100.0 and above, latest version is preferred)

The test login credentials are valid from 11:45 am, 06th July 2024, till 11:45 am, 13th July 2024, only. Timings are in 24 hours’ format.

In case you're taking the test on Windows 8, make sure you disable all the pop-ups/ notifications.
IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. It is recommended to take the test in a decent attire. If you are not appropriately dressed, we would request you to log out and resume the test later when you are ready.

2. Opening another browser / switch between the test screen and other windows or minimizing the test window is not permissible. The test will be locked permanently if a
candidate is found switching through windows while taking the test.

3. Do not click on Module Exit or Test Exit.

4. You cannot change the answer previous questions
