This certificate does not exempt the Construction Contractor from the Terms of the Contract, Project Specifications or Quality Procedures but confirms that all these Tests have been performed according to them.

2 Earthing electrode according to drawings (AFC) and specifications

3 Earthing electrode shall be buried according to drawings (AFC) and specifications

4 Distance between each earthing electrode and location shall be according to drawings (AFC) and specifications

5 Ensure Earth Test Pit is not disturbed any other activities (traffic, passage ways) and it's correctly installed

6 Ensure the installation of earth bus bar is the same as approved drawing (AFC)

7 Lightning Arrester joints visual check (cadwelds, clamps, etc)

8 Lightning Arrester connections tight and torque on earth bar

9 Earthing cable terminations correct and tight

10 Identification tag provided for Earthpit / Earth busbar
