Over years, the effect of waste in our environment can’t be
overemphasized. Waste covers all actions that has an negative impacts
on all sector of the economy. For overtime, waste as made the
environment unhealthy and unhygienic. Dwellers has been forced to
live in an environment that as a negative impact on their health. It as
affected there day to day life normal activities.
It is inevitable that humans would always produce waste and
accumulate it. Which would eventually lead to spreading of different
diseases in the environment.
In other to prevent all of these, we need to adopt a method called
“UPCYCLING”.
Upcycling can be defined as the process of transforming by-products,
waste materials, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or
products perceived to be of greater quality, such as artistic value or
environmental value. It involves adding value to something that would
otherwise have been thrown away, recycled, and lost in abandoned.
This process involves repurposing and reusing, refreshing, revamping
and reviving or creating and re-creating. The whole idea of upcycling is
to make value out waste materials or useless materials.

The fashion and interior design industry is not friendly to the
environment. Their impact as lead to high negative environment impact
due to the excessive extraction of mineral resources. With the growing
population, it is no doubt the environment is suffering from our way of
life.
So we came up with a business plan, to make awareness of eco-friendly
product and also create job opportunities.
We are a brand that specialize in upcycling fabrics and materials into
trendy home décor and fashion items. We offer a diverse range of
upcycled items, such as used clothing, plastic, wood and so many. The
brand aims to breathe new life into these materials, transforming them
into fashionable and eco-friendly pieces for a modern home and
wardrobe.

Business Overview
Our mission is to offer customers a curated collection of upcycled
product that only elevate their living spaces and wardrobes but also
contribute to reducing waste and promoting a greener lifestyle. The
brand will source the materials for upcycling from various places, such
as thrift stores, flea markets, garage sales, online auctions, donations,
and partnerships with local businesses. The store will also encourage
customers to send in their own unwanted items for upcycling and offer
them discounts or rewards.

The brand will offer a variety of product from a ranged of upcycled
products, which include
 Home Décor: Upcycled furniture, pillows, throws, rugs, wall
hangings, and lighting fixtures that add a unique and
environmentally conscious touch to any living space. It gives the
home this sense of fresh and natural feeling. The product would be
made from materials that are eco-friendly to the environment such
as wood, plastic, etc,
 Fashion: In the civilized world today, we need to upgrade our fashion
skills without using materials that as a negative impact on the
environment. We upcycle clothing, accessories, and jewelry crafted
from repurposed fabrics, vintage materials, and discarded jewelry
pieces, offering customers sustainable and one-of-a-kind fashion
options. We could look all good without having to destroy our
environment. For example, tote bag are made out of used clothing
materials such as shirt and designed with plastic cover of bottle.
