TermsandConditions
1) AllpaymentshavetobemadeinfavorofANONETCOMMUNICATIONSPVT.LTD(“ACPL”).

2) PaymentsTerms:

 OTCas 100%inAdvancewiththePurchasedorder
 ARC-Monthlyadvance(MRC).1stmonthchargeswillbepaidinadvancewiththeP.O
 Thepricingdoesnotincludeanytaxeswhichwillbechargedextraatexistingprevailingrates.

2) Validity:MinimumContracttermis12monthsfromthedateoflinkdelivery.

3) ServiceDelivery:StandardImplementationtimeperiodis3-4week,Subjecttoclearthefeasibility.Nolastmile
accessshallbegivento anyISPCustomer.

4) Circuit Acceptance – ACPL will conduct the following tests on implemented circuit as per our
standardparameters.

 NLD/LocalLoop–PingandPacketLoss,andThroughput(UploadandDownload).
 Internet–
Ping(uptopeeringpoints),PacketLoss,andThroughput(UploadandDownload).Onsuccessful
testing of the above parameters, the circuit will be deemed ready for use &
foracceptancebycustomer.

5) BillingStartdate:48hourspostthehandoveroflink
byACPLtothecustomer.NoSeparateLOCsignoffshallbetaken fromthecustomer.

6) DelayinthePaymentterms:Paymentshouldbeclearbytheduedate.Anydelayintheabovewillattractlate
paymentcharges@12% p.a.oftheoutstandingamount.

7) Barringserviceonaccountofpaymentdelay:Serviceofall/delayedpaymentlinkswillbebarredifthepaymenti
snotreceivedwithin15daysposttheduedatewithoutanyobligationorliabilityofACPL

8) Services not stable 30days notice period no Exit charges applied

 8) Service Restoration: In case of disconnection on account of non-payment, reconnection of the same
willbe undertaken within 3 days from the date of clearance of outstanding dues. In case of any
technicalconstraintfromACPLend,thelinkrestorationtimelinesshallbe extended.

9) ContractPeriod:Tenureofcontractstartwithchangeinserviceseitherupgradation/downgradat
ion/renewalin commercials.

10) Pre-TerminationPenalty&LinkShifting:Customerisallowedtoshifttheirbandwidthtoanyother
location at the prevailing rate. This will be affected basis a link of shift order. In case the shifting is in off-
netlocationACPLreserves therighttosaynoforconnectivityandthecustomerneedtobetakedeliveryfrom the
nearest point of presence. Link also can be terminated on non-solve able technical grounds
atanymomentincontactperiodwith no noticeperiod and no pre-terminationclause.

11) Upgrade: For any upgrade affected to the circuit, the upgrade circuit’s contract will also be for the
12months or mutuallyagreedFixed Rate Contract period.

12) Downgrade: Internet bandwidth will be not be downgraded before contract, if required that
preterminationchargeswillbe applicable ofbalance 12thmonthcontract.

13) Disconnection post completion of minimum contract period: A notice period of 30 days shall be given
bythe customer. Customer is liable to pay any charges of remaining period of fixed rate contract,
Ifapplicable.

14) Renewal:Allcontractswillberenewedaftercompletionof12-
monthcycleorFRCperiodwithexistingtermsand conditionsunlesscommunicatedotherwise.

15) Restalltermsandconditionsofmasterserviceagreementwillbeapplicableonthesenewlinks.
