Auto-Fill Shut-Off
Graco’s Auto-Fill Shut-Off addresses reservoir refilling
issues such as unattended refilling, over-filling and
under-filling.
Simple mechanical diaphragm and poppet valve design.
Pin indication provides a visual of when the reservoir is
full and can be converted into an electric signal if
desired.
Dip Stick and Low Level Indication
Dip stick offers a low cost, low tech
solution for visual indication of
lubricant level
Low Level used with follower plate
provide both a visual and electronic
indication of level
Send signal to GLC 2200 of GLC
4400 to alert operator
Tube-in-Tube Vent and Fill Path
Simple and direct venting and filling to the foot of the
pump.
No more cavitation caused by improper filling and
venting.
One point of contact with follower plate.
No more external vent hoses.
Connect to the top for added convenience but Tube-in-
Tube directs the grease to the bottom.
Follower plates designed to work with the outer tube
diameter.

Motor Control
Power Inputs (+ and -) and Turn On Signal (+ and -)
enables higher AMP input to power the motor while
using a lower AMP signal from the Lubrication
Controller to turn the motor on and off. Less strain on
the Lubrication Controller and no need for separate
junction box. (Competitive Advantage)
Automatically slows down electric motor when AMP
draw increases due to cold weather and high viscosity
grease – protects the motor. (Competitive Advantage)
Current control potentiometer allows user to limit the
AMP draw to the motor which can further protect the
motor in extreme cold environments. (Competitive
Advantage)
Speed control potentiometer allows user to speed up or
slow down motor to provide a tailored flow rate
depending upon the environment, viscosity of grease
and application.
Over-ride switch allows for technician to run the motor
and pump independent of the Lubrication Controller
(Competitive Advantage)
Custom wiring harnesses for injector and series
progressive systems makes intallation a snap.
Motor Control
Over-ride switch allows for technician
to run the motor without a controller
Red Fault LED for diagnostics:
1) Over current
2) Locked rotor
3) Low or high voltage
4) High motor temperature
5) Missing temperature sensor
6) High board temperature
7) Bad hall cable
(Competitive Advantage)
Green Power LED for diagnostics:
Blinks with power going to board
and motor is running (pump on)
Steady with power going to board
and motor is off (pump off)
(Competitive Advantage)
Motor Control
Motor control board enclosure is
incorporated into the casting of the
pump gear box for heavy duty
durability.
Protected by a metal lid and
Foamet™ gasket which seals out
moisture even at 250º C.
Effectively seal down to -40Cº.
M25 cable glands seal wire
harness ports.
Motor and motor control board
enclosure are rated to IP69K.
Conveniently placed wiring and
control diagram label on the inside
of the enclosure lid.
Cold Weather & NLGI#3 Performance
Automatically slows down electric
motor when AMP draw increases due
to cold weather and high viscosity
grease – protects the motor.
(Competitive Advantage)
Seal, shovel and seal retainers
redesigned to more effectively load
grease into the pump to enable -40F
and C pumping (Competitive
Advantage)
More Compact Design
Vent valve mounted directly to
pump
Doing an overhaul on a
competitive pump can take up to 3
to 4.5 hours
