Day 1 - July 3

● Dynamic Warm Up, Cool Down and Athletic Work - With and Without
Basketball
○ Warm Up and Stretching (Basketball and not Basketball related)
○ Basic Strength Training for Basketball (Light to Moderate)

Day 2 - July 4

● Footwork and Conditioning


○ Athletic Activity - Body Conditioning (Cardiorespiratory Exercises)
○ Footwork Drills - With and Without Basketball

Day 3 - July 5

● Sharpening Your Skills - Fundamentals of Basketball - Intermediate


○ Dribbling, Passing, Shooting

Day 4 - July 6

● Form Correction - Fundamentals of Basketball - Advance


○ Dribbling and Ball-Handling
○ Passing and Catching - Timing and Accuracy

Day 5 - July 7

● Form Correction
○ Shooting and Line Shooting Drills
○ Shot Making Drills
Day 6 - July 10

● Footwork and Conditioning


○ Moderate to Vigorous Athletic Drills
○ Footwork Application through Basketball Game

Day 7 - July 11

● Offense in Basketball
○ Shooting, Fastbreak, Lay-up,, Bank Shot, Floater, and Free Throw

Day 8 - July 12

● Defense in Basketball
○ Proper Defensive Stance
○ Defense Drills

Day 9 - July 13

● Basketball Psychology
○ Improving Mental Attitude in Sports

Day 10 - July 14

● Combination of Skills - Wrap Up


○ Offense, Defense, Footwork, and Ball Handling
○ Team Play or One-on-one game.
