Job description:
 Conducts daily internal meeting with the mixing team to review the progress on targets and analyzing
any compound quality related issues and concerns
 Attends daily production meeting to present and discuss findings, targets and action plan
 Monitors mixing Production (Plan Vs Actual) and OEE
 Reviews process parameters and guides process improvement initiatives to increase quality &
productivity
 Plans and communication with Maintenance department for preventative maintenance of machinery to
ensure nonstop Operations
  Reviews manpower planning of contractual and company workers for enhance smooth operations
 Prioritizes the mixing process activities wrt to as per PPC requirements
 Coordinates and follow up with Purchase and Stores for raw material, compound and chemicals
availability in time as per planning
 Monitoring the inventory of master batch, Curing agents, Chemical and Final batch at mixing end
