M- Maintenance of Facilities
---
As Vice President, I commit to providing you with accurate, timely, and first-hand information.
Transparency and effective communication will be the bedrock of my administration. You will be
informed of all decisions, events, and opportunities as soon as they arise, ensuring that no one is left out
of the loop.
Every student's concern matters. I pledge to address all issues brought forward with the utmost urgency
and seriousness. Your problems will be my top priority, and I will work diligently to find swift and
effective solutions.
Our professional development is paramount. I will work tirelessly to forge stronger ties with professional
bodies such as NIESV and ESVARBON. This will open doors to more internships, workshops, and
networking events, ensuring that we gain invaluable experience and connections in our field.
Year 4 students face unique challenges and opportunities. I will be your dedicated mouthpiece, voicing
your concerns and needs at all levels. Your academic and professional advancement will be my focus,
and I will ensure that your voice is heard and your interests are represented.
5. Maintenance of Facilities (M):
A conducive learning environment is crucial for our success. I will prioritize the maintenance and
improvement of our facilities, ensuring that our classrooms, libraries, and common areas are well-kept
and conducive to learning. Regular inspections and prompt repairs will be standard practice.
Together, under the banner of F.A.M.E.M., we can achieve a more transparent, responsive, and
opportunity-rich student association. Your support and collaboration are crucial. Let's make our
association work for us, ensuring every student's voice is heard and every opportunity is seized.
I am Anup Oli and I am running for VP Education in the upcoming elections because I believe I have the
most pragmatic and realistic ideas that deal with the concerns that I have seen and heard from accross
campus.
Before you read my manifesto, I would like to tell you why I’m running for VP. This role is actually all
about YOU, your education and your welfare. I hope to represent students on matters relating directly
to students' education like teaching quality, library provision and feedback. However I know that
sometimes we all need advice, support and a listening ear. My aim is to ensure that every student has
access to whatever support they need in order to make their time at UWS as wonderful as possible.
I aim to provide a direct link between you and the university’s support network. If there is something
that you want to see improved that doesn’t appear on this manifesto, get in touch, as I want to
represent YOU!
