• Responsible for estimation, designing, planning & installation of electrical main stream
network (MV side, 3MVA+1MVA Transformers, BTD, LV panels), 1MW On-Grid Solar System,
BMS & SCADA, Utilities (2x1MW Engines, Compressors, 6TPH Biomass Boiler Turbine, ETP
40m³/hr.), Plant process machinery, Fire Protection Systems, ELV Systems.

• Coordination with LEED consultant while designing & execution to ensure the LEED
compliance at site in all aspects of MEP.

• Site risk assessment to execute the job following the HSE standards and safety protocols.

Major Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal functioning of
equipment and machinery. This involves deciding between preventive maintenance,
predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Supervising maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring that they have the necessary
training and resources to perform their jobs effectively & overseeing the procurement and
management of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
• Developing and managing the department CAPEX & OPEX budgets, including forecasting
expenses, allocating resources efficiently, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Organizing the annual third-party audits & conducting regular inspections and tests of
equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality
standards.
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations
and company policies. This includes conducting safety training for maintenance personnel
and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment
histories, and maintenance schedules. Providing regular reports to management on
maintenance performance, including key performance indicators such as uptime, downtime,
and maintenance costs.
• On hand experience of troubleshooting & maintaining the Washing & Stitching machines.
• Evaluation of energy requirement and arrangement of adequate energy supply to meet the
needs.
• Managing the external audits & ensuring that the required data is available to the external
auditors and making sure that auditor have access to concerned machinery for inspection.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize energy usage and reduce utility costs.
This includes conducting energy audits, identifying energy-saving opportunities, promoting
an energy conscious culture & providing guidelines to different departments focusing on
energy saving specifically to meet per piece cost of garment.
• Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives to minimize the environmental
impact of utility operations. This includes promoting renewable energy sources, water
conservation measures, and waste reduction strategies.
