Christian greetings!

With the presence of crisis in our country all existing projects and programs of Deped
especially our school was not materialized due to covid-19 Pandemic. Deped ensures
that all schools shall be conducive for learning and encourages to be SBM implementer.
In order for us to be SBM validated,our school must equipped with necessary facilities
and equipments and must have a complete buildings and structures. At present our
school has a temporary Perimeter fence wherein some portion of it was dilapidated due
to its location because it is situated on a flooded area. It is in this reason that we are
looking for generous stakeholders and sponsors on this matter,much of our desire to be
rehabilitaded but we don’t have enough fund at the moment. We beleive its only you
who could help us to attain our vision to have a concrete perimeter fence. Our school
has an area of _____ square meter with seven teachers and ____ pupils.

Attached herewith are the program of work and copy of our AIP for SY 2020-2021.

We are anticipating our gratitude in advance for your unending support to the Deped
family especially our school and for all its previous projects.
