- Conducting research on telemedicine in Cameroun and studying the National Strategy on Digital Health - Internal brainstorming and meetings to develop our strategy and all other communication documentation such flyers. - Preparation of sensitization campaigns to educate the population on the benefits of teleconsultation. - Development of our website: Second Quarter: April – June 2024 - Carrying out of sensitization campaigns and distribution of brochures and flyers on our telemedicine program. - Sourcing for funding from potential partners. - Preparation of and depositing of our file to request for collaboration with the MOH. - Carrying out of targeted sensitization campaigns. Third Quarter: July – September 2024 - Offline media campaigns to inform Cameroonians about the importance of telemedicine. - Organization of meetings with key stakeholders in the domain of telemedicine. - Research on partnerships with entities that may be interested in collaborating with HAC. Fourth Quarter: October – December 2024 - Internal evaluation of the work done from quarter one in preparation of the end of the year. - Conferences. - More sensitization campaigns. - Plan for the end of the year and projection of the year 2025.
