the [Division] F, have been offered an Internship at Outlook Group located in Kalina Santacruz East,
Mumbai. The duration of the internship is 3 months, and I am required to join latest by 7th May 2024.
I am eager to accept the offer and commence my professional career.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for completing all academic requirements
associated with my enrolled courses during the internship period. I understand that this includes, but is
not limited to, assignments, mid-term exams, CIAs, presentations, quizzes, and other assessments.

term, submission of mandatory documents, etc.) as advised from time to time by the program
coordinator within given timelines and as per directives received. I understand that any academic non-
