Closure Summary - On 03 Dec 2022:
Trouble shoot intermittent EXQ1 interlock. Replaced W57 cable. Did happy servo. Calibrated SI12 board. However not
improved, machine still got EXQ1 when doing Morning Checkout with Dynamic Wedge. Discussed with customer that I will
order some parts and come back to trouble shoot when part arrive.
- On 13 Dec 202:
Arrived hospital, simulated the EXQ1 interlock by doing Morning Checkout with Dynamic Wedge plan. Check Connectors
of Ion chamber cable from stand and console, the connectors looked good, recorded EXQ log file, analyzed the log file,
replaced Gantry Patch Panel PCB, did Happy Servo. Then could clear interlock in Morning checkout. Did Morning
checkout with Dynamic Wedge for 6MV and 15 MV over 10 times without any issue. Released machine to customer.
