Name of Project: CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AND REPAINTING OF
PERIMETER FENCE

Brief Description or Purpose of the Project:

The Department of Education is committed to ensure safe and a better place for
teaching and learning. To ensure a safe and a better place for teaching and learning, Baua
Central School requested materials from the LGU-Gonzaga for the construction of drainage
canal and repainting of perimeter fence. Materials were delivered to school on November 7,
2023 and August 15, 2023. As agreed by SPTA officials two skilled carpenters and two
helpers will be hired and the PTA members may voluntarily help during the construction of
the drainage canal. The repainting of fence will be done by the parents voluntarily

Start of Implementation: November 16, 2023

Amount: P 35,965.00 for drainage canal

35,000.00 for repainting of perimeter fence
70,965.00
