Sir/Madam:

Greetings!

With the ardent desire of this school to religiously implement the Department of
Education’s thrust of making the teaching-learning process more effective and
functional as well the Expanded phase of Limited Face to Face this coming March 2022,
Lambuyogan Elementary School make sure that our learners get the best education
and stay in an environment that is conducive for learning.

With this, the Adopt a-School Program would like to request some monetary donations
which will be used for the incoming face to face classes to purchase health
paraphernalia’s (e.g., Thermal Scanner, face mask, Face Shield, Alcohol, and other
emergency health kits that includes PPE and other needed supplies and materials).

In connection to this, we hope that you will take this opportunity to support this project,
as your donation will do so much for our school and most of all for our learners.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our
school envisions to shape. Your help surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
