Recruitment & Selection:


 Coordinate with my team in recruitment and selection.

Role –Executive – Selection (Mentor)

Responsibilities:
 Organize and conduct end to end students campus selection process, mentorship
 Schedule and coordinate for Campus Interviews
 Source resumes from portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and taking their initial round of interviews
to fulfil vacancies in the IIITH.
 Doing training need analysis and arranging for different training programmes for faculties, students.
 Suggest portal enhancement through regular checks & validations for better interface and content
development.
 SPOC for all kinds of pre placement talks conducted at on and off campus.
 Conduct exit interviews and gather information, prepare attrition report and send the same to
management to take necessary actions.
 Scrutinizing student profiles.
 Handling Student’s grievances, counselling sessions for students helping them in their Internships,
