Responsibilities:
Organize and conduct end to end students campus selection process, mentorship
Schedule and coordinate for Campus Interviews
Source resumes from portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and taking their initial round of interviews
to fulfil vacancies in the IIITH.
Doing training need analysis and arranging for different training programmes for faculties, students.
Suggest portal enhancement through regular checks & validations for better interface and content
development.
SPOC for all kinds of pre placement talks conducted at on and off campus.
Conduct exit interviews and gather information, prepare attrition report and send the same to
management to take necessary actions.
Scrutinizing student profiles.
Handling Student’s grievances, counselling sessions for students helping them in their Internships,
Career guidance etc.
Prepare MIS, Weekly Action Report, MoM on regular basis to help management evaluate the ongoing
