RE: PAINTING WORKS FOR HONG HIN TYRES & BATTERIES CENTRE

We are proud of your invitation to us to quote the above project and hereby to offer the following for the construction
to the scope of works as stated below with conditions for your acceptance:

1. Painting Works to the rear of single shop lot: 5,200.00
i. Nippon All Shield Weather Bond x 2 coats (colour code to be determine by
client after acceptance)
ii. Nippon Wall Sealer base x 1 coat.
iii. Skylift rental. (Based on 3 days during CNY with surcharge and additional
day/days will be charge accordingly.)
iv. Wall surface preparation for painting works. Includes water jet wash and
dismantling of existing unused air conditioner brackets and etc.
Grand Total = 5,200.00
Note: The prices shall be subjected to government taxes if any, comply to updated laws and regulations.

A) Payments and Claims

- The claim will be submitted in work done basis and full payment shall be made by the Client within thirty (30)
days in no due.
- Cash deposit of 50% shall be released within seven (7) days from the date of acceptance of this quotation.
- Deposits and/or any payments shall be made payable to JAVIN BONG CHUNN LIUNG, PUBLIC BANK BERHAD

B) Variations in Scope of Works

- We reserve the right to claim, if there is any additional/ extra works as required by the Client relating to the
project.
- The rate of the works shall be agreeable by our side before the execution of the works.

C) Period of Validity
- This quotation is valid for seven (7) days only from the date of this quotation.
- We reserve the rights to alter the prices, terms and conditions after the validity.
