SUBJECT : Spot Report RE: Robbery incident that resulted to the lost of
personal possessions of victim, Lana Del Rey
DATE : April 16, 2024
1. On April 16, 2024, at about 3:45 A.M. in the middle of the morning, a
sudden robbery incident happened within Don Gregorio Heights 1
Subdivision where the victim, Lana Del Rey, 23 years old, single, a call
center agent, a resident of Barangay Sampaloc II, was robbed by the
suspect Victor Magtanggol, 25 years old, single, student, and lives at
Santi’s apartment located in Langkaan Dasmarinas Cavite. The crime
was reported as the witness, Yshi Duque, 24 years old, female, a call
center agent that was just passing by, that also lived in Don Gregorio
Heights 1 Subdivision saw the suspect fleeing the scene while leaving
the suspect on the ground hysterical and crying.
2. As a result, the victim sustained multiple abrasions on her elbow and
hands that was caused by excessive force from the suspect as he
pushed the victim to the ground before running from the scene.
3. The suspect was arrested at his house after the police identified him
from the camera surveillance that was found on the second floor of the
victim’s boarding house. With further investigation, it was found that the
suspect had hidden and took possession of the following items that the
victim lost from her are an Iphone XS color white, green Bvlgari wallet,
her apartment keys, a silver Channel Watch, gold SilverWork ring, a
Bench perfume, two PNB Credit Cards, BPI Debit Card, a Beep Card,
her Mercury Suki Card, one Robinson’s Supermarket Suki Card,
multiple personal photos, and cash amounting to Php 540 pesos.
4. The motive of the accident is still undetermined and the investigation is
still ongoing.

SUBJECT : Progress Report RE: Robbery incident that resulted to the lost
of personal possessions of victim, Lana Del Rey
1. This has referenced to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Robbery

Incident that resulted in the crime against Lana Del Rey dated on April
16, 2024.
2. On April 16, 2024, at around 3: 45 A.M. in the middle of the morning, a
robbery was held within Don Gregorio Heights 1 Subdivision where the
victim, Lana Del Rey, 23 years old, female, single, call center agent
was cornered in front of her boarding house by the suspect, Victor
Magtanggol, 25 years old, male, student, where he took the belongings
of the victim out of force.
3. As a result of this act, the victim suffered from multiple abrasions on
both of her elbows and hands that was caused by the extensive force
due to the push that the suspect gave to her before fleeing the scene of
the crime. The suspect was found within his apartment, Blk 13 Lot 13,
Cardinal Subdivision, Langkaan, Dasmarinas, Cavite, not a few miles
away from the subdivision where the boarding house of the victim is
located. It was found during the search that the suspect was still
holding possession of the victim’s personal belongings.
4. The suspect, Victor Magtanggol, is currently detained in Dasmarinas
Police Station and the case of Robbery under the Article 293 of the
Revised Penal Code is pending for trial
5. The case is already rattled at Branch 1 of Municipal Trial Court of Cities
(MTCC)

Incident that resulted in the crime against Lana Del Rey dated on April
16, 2024 and Memorandum 1 Progress Report RE: Robbery Incident
that resulted in the crime against Lana Del Rey Robbery that was
dated on April 17, 2024
2. On April 16, 2024, at about 3:45 A.M. in the middle of the morning, a
robbery was set upon inside Don Gregorio Heights 1 Subdivision
where the victim, Lana Del Rey, 23 years old, single, female, call
center agent, lost numerous personal belongings from her iphone XS
color white, green Bvlgari wallet, her apartment keys, a silver Channel
Watch, gold SilverWork ring, a Bench perfume, two PNB Credit Cards,
BPI Debit Card, a Beep Card, her Mercury Suki Card, one Robinson’s
Supermarket Suki Card, multiple personal photos, and cash amounting
to Php 540 pesos. when the suspect, Victor Magtanggol, 25 years old,
single, male, forcibly took the victim’s bag away from her.
3. The push that the suspect did before leaving the scene of the crime
had caused multiple abrasions on the elbows and the hands of the
victim. While the incident was reported by the witness, Yshi Duque, 24
years old, female, call center agent, and also a resident inside the
subdivision who was just about to pass by at the street where the crime
happened. The victim saw the suspect fleeing the scene after he left
the victim lying on the ground scared and crying.
4. Based upon the surveillance footage, statement of the witness and
victim, plus the help of the investigation it was seen that the victim, at
around 3:45 A.M., was exiting her boarding house to attend her
midnight shift at her call center job near the subdivision. But before she
could leave her home, it was seen by the CCTV that was installed in
the second floor of her home that around the times of 12:37 A.M. and
1:55 A.M the suspect was seen roaming around the victim’s home. By
around 12:37 to 12:40 A.M., the suspect was located entering a parked
tricycle near the victim’s house where he was seen casing or stalking
the victim. Then by the time of 1:55 A.M. to 2:02 A.M. it was seen that
the victim even looked within the house. At around 3:34 A.M. the victim
had locked the gate behind her and walked for a couple of steps away
from her house, the CCTV captured the image of the suspect stepping
out of the vehicle to walk towards the victim. Once they made contact,
the suspect suddenly tried to pull the victim’s bag. Lana tried to pull her
bag towards her but the suspect’s force was way too strong for her to
fight off. When the suspect had the bag in his possession, he suddenly
told the victim to empty her pockets but when he saw that she had
nothing left, he pushed the victim to the ground that caused the
abrasions to her hands and elbow. Right before the suspect was about
to run away, a witness, Yshi Duque, also a resident who had just got
off of work, saw the suspect running towards her direction while in the
distance leaving a young girl crying with fear. That is when she rushed
to the victim then called authorities for help. Since the suspect was
seen on camera plus by the witness and the suspect, the investigation
led to a clear ID of him which caused his arrest within his own
apartment at Blk 3 Lot 13, Cardinal Subdivision, Langkaan,
Dasmarinas, Cavite on April 18, 2024
5. The case is already ratified at Branch 1 of Municipal Trial Court of
Cities (MTCC).
6. The accused, Victor Magtanggol was arraigned on April 20, 2024,
where he pleaded guilty of Robbery with Violence or Intimidation of
Persons and the case was set for sentencing on April 24, 2024.

SWORN STATEMENT OF THE SUSPECT, VICTOR MAGTANGGOL THAT THE

INFORMATION HERE IS GIVEN OUT OF FREE WILL AND WITHOUT AND
USING FORCE TO TESTIFY UNDER THE INVESTIGATION IN FRONT OF
INVESTIGATOR VALERIE SORIANO, HERE AT THE OFFICE OF CAVITE
PROVINCIAL POLICE ON THE DAY OF APRIL 16, 2024 AT 5:00 AM IN THE
MORNING, THROUGH THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS STATED HERE. THE
QUESTIONS STATED HERE DOES NOT VIOLATES ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS
OF ANY PERSON BEING QUESTIONED
Investigator: Good Day, can you please introduce yourself just for the record and
witness statement.
Witness:I am Yshi Duque, I am a single mom, work in a call center agency, and live
in Don Gregorio Heights 1 Subdivision.
Investigator: Can you tell me or describe to me the things you saw that night?
Witness:Me and my daughter were both walking home since she wanted to eat
something for our midnight snack. We were just about to make our final turn before
reaching our house when suddenly there was this man running towards our direction
all frantic and was really in a hurry.
Investigator: Can you describe to me the guys you saw last night? Do you think it's
someone you knew? Like another neighbor perhaps
Witness: I'm sorry but I didn't see him clearly since it was a bit dark outside. But I did
remember that he was wearing a green sweater and a blue cap. When I got a
glimpse of his face, I can say that I never saw him before within our subdivision or
any streets near here.
Investigator: What did you do next after he ran in your direction?
Witness: When he passed me and my daughter that night, we saw a girl laying
down by the ground not so far from us but it was apparent to say that the guy came
from her direction. When we saw her, we immediately ran to her and asked what
happened, she said that she was robbed by that guy then we called the authorities.
Investigator: What did the girl say when you guys approached her?
Witness: At first she was crying and shaking since what happened just came as a
surprise to her but when she calmed herself after that she told us that the guy
robbed her infront of her house when she was just about to go to work. She was
shocked that the guys just suddenly approached her out of the blue.
