TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment by bank transfer

2. All the above rate non commission
3. The above rate is valid for the above period and event only
4. The Function Room will available by one hour before stated time in contract agreements
5. The hotel have blocked and confirmed a meeting room as period event mentioned for your event
with cut of 16 July 2024, after the period the hotel have the right to release and canceled the
meeting space and rooms arrangement and the hotel have the right to sell it is to another party
or company if the hotel did not received full down payment as stated in point of term of payment
6. No Outside Food and Beverages are allowed other than those supplied by the hotel maybe
brought in or consumed in the function room or hotel area , unless a written permission has
been given by the hotel and there will be a corkage fee applied accordingly. The corkage

allowed at smoking area which have allocated by the hotel
8. If there any decoration should be installed in function room, please advised to do not use double
tape on the wall, wood work on the floor, candle without enclosed in glass, Etc. ( Please be
discussed with our mice team )
 9. The hotel will not responsible for any damage or losses of merchandise ,equipment or valuables
left in the hotel prior, during or after a group. Item of value should be insured by the organizer of
the group. Organizer of the group will be liable for any damage caused directly – indirectly to the
hotel property (fixtures or fitting) by their guest or external contractors engaged by them prior,
during,& after the event.
10. This Contract Agreement is valid during sign by your company / authorizes persons with an
official company stamp under signatures.
11. If there are any inquiries or charges, please do not hesitate to contact sales person in-charge
directly.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. If there is any additional consumption on the day of the event, the payment must be settled right
on the same day after the event.

The payment can be made either by cash, credit card directly to the Hotel or by bank transfer, with

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO - SHOW POLICY

1. Between 30 & 15 days prior to event event date is required for a postponement of the date: the new
date would be based on function room availability

2. Within 3 (three) days of arrival , 100% total estimated transaction for accommodation and event will
be charged as cancellation fee and it’s not refundable or transferable.

3. Any cancellation for guarantee booking made with 2 ( two ) days before arrival date, will be charge 1 (
one ) day as no show fee and the hotel has the right to resell the accommodation room to another party
or company.

4. Any cancellation for guarantee booking made on the day of arrival will be charge full amount and
guarantee day as no show fee
5. Any Cancellation is to be immediately advised in writing to QUBIKA

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

1. 2(two) month notice prior to event date is required for a postponement of the date, the new date be
based on function room availability

2. In case of force major , the customers should be obligated to notify the hotel with in 72 hours before
the event day and re arrange of event date should be made within 1 ( one ) month prior base on function
room availability.

3. Any postponed is to be immediately advised in writing to QUBIKA
