BAIL APPLN. 2404/2024 (under Section 438 CrPC filed by the
petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail)

3. The bail application under Section 438 CrPC has been filed on behalf
of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.
4. The Status Report has been filed. Let the same be taken on record.
5. It is submitted that the other co-accused i.e. Mukut Lal and Akash,
who were the father and brother of the applicant/accused, have already been
granted interim protection on 12.06.2024 till 04.07.2024, after which it has

been extended till 23.08.2024. It is submitted that the allegations against the
petitioner are also the same and he be granted similar interim protection.
6. Status report has been filed wherein it is submitted that in the fight,
three persons were injured, namely, Mr. Janardhan, who suffered six visible
stab injuries on his chest, abdomen and iliac region. The injuries have been
certified as grievous, sharp and blunt. Similarly, the second injured, namely,
Mr. Bhushan has suffered simple, sharp and blunt injuries and third injured
Mr. Rohandeep suffered simple and blunt injuries. It is submitted that in the
Cross FIR, the accused persons have been admitted to bail as the offences
made out against them, were bailable. It is further submitted that the weapon
of offence is yet to be recovered from the accused persons. Hence, the
anticipatory bail has been objected.
7. Considering that the other two co-accused have been given interim
protection, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, no coercive action
shall be taken against the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation
as and when required.
8. The matter be listed on 23.08.2024.
