제 84회 한국어능력시험 응시자 유의사항

(Important notice for the 84th TOPIK Testee)

◆ 시험일(Test Date) : 2022년 10월 16일(일)/ October 16, 2022 (Sunday)

◆ 시험장소(Test Place)
Building of Economic Faculty(IBF-Iqtisadiyyat binasi), Baku Engineering
University(Khirdalan city, Hasan Aliyev street 120, AZ0101, Absheron, Baku)

준비물 (You must bring...)

ㅇ 응시자는 수험표와 신분증(주민등록증, 여권, 외국인등록증, 운전면허증 등)을 반드시
지참해야 하며, 시험시간 중에는 수험표와 함께 자기 책상 상단에 놓아야 함.
- On the day of the exam, the testee MUST bring his/her test slip and
original ID(with photo) and place them on the upper corner of the desk
during the exam.
※ ID card : resident ID, passport, driver’s license
ㅇ 모두의 안전을 위해 마스크를 착용해 주시고, 손소독제 사용, 체온 측정 등에 협조해
주시기 바랍니다. 마스크를 미착용하거나 37.5도 이상의 열이 있는 자는 시험장에
들어갈 수 없습니다.
- For safety, please cooperate with safety measures such as wearing a
mask, hand sanitization and measuring body temperature.
- Those who do not wear masks, have a fever(more 37.5) and respiratory
symptoms are not permitted to enter the test site.

유의사항 (Attention-Test takers)

1) 응시자는 시험 당일 시험시작 30분 전까지 해당 시험실의 지정된 자리에 앉아야 하

며, 이후에는 시험실에 들어갈 수 없습니다.
- Testee must be seated at his/her assigned seat 30 minutes prior to the
starting time of the exam.

2) 시험중에는 ID Card와 문제지/답안지 외 다른 물품은 책상위에 두지 말아야 합니

다. 이를 어길 경우 부정행위로 간주합니다. (수험표 역시 책상위에 두지 말아야 함)
- Do not place any other objects, aside from your ID card and exam
paper, on top of your desk during the exam. Otherwise, it will be
considered as a violation. (Do not place your test identification slip on
the desk either.

3) 시험 시간 관리 책임은 수험생 본인에게 있으며, 시간 내에 답안 작성을 완료해야 함.

듣기 시험 중에는 듣기 답안만, 읽기/쓰기 시험 중에는 읽기/쓰기 답안만 작성해야 함.
- Time management of the examination is at the applicant’s own responsibility
and must be completed within time.
- During the listening test, you can only answer to the listening test, and
during the reading/writing test, you can only answer to the
reading/writing test.
4) 시험 종료시간이 되면 필기도구를 놓고 답안지는 오른쪽 문제지는 왼쪽에 놓아야
하며, 시험시간이 끝난 후에도 답안을 작성하면 부정행위로 간주함.
- At the end of the exam all pens must be set on the desk. Answer sheet
must be set on the right of the desk and test booklet on the left. It will
be considered cheating to continue to write after the end of the exam.

5) TOPIK II의 경우, 2개 교시 중 어느 하나라도 결시한 응시생은 결시자로 처리됨.

- For TOPIK II, both sessions must be taken by a testee otherwise his/her
test will be nullified.

6) 감독관의 지시를 따르지 않거나 부정행위를 한 자는 퇴장 및 시험을 무효 처리할

수 있으며, 향후 2년~4년까지 시험 응시가 제한될 수 있음.
- Anyone who does not follow the invigilator’s instructions or cheats on
the exam may be asked to leave or have his/her score nullified or
canceled. He/she may also be restricted from taking the exam for two
or four years.

7) 결시자, 부정행위자, 환불 신청자 등에게는 성적 증명서를 발급하지 않음.

- No certificate will be issued to cheaters, refund receivers, and nullified
testees.

8) 답안 기재가 끝났더라도, 시험 종료 후 시험 감독관의 지시가 있을 때까지 퇴실할

수 없으며, 사용한 문제지 및 답안지는 반드시 제출하여야 함.
- Even if your answer is completed, you can not leave until the exam
supervisior instructs you after the end of the test.
- The exam sheets and the answer sheets must be submitted.

9) 한국어능력시험 문제는 저작권자의 허락 없이는 무단으로 유출, 복제, 배포할 수 없음

- TOPIK is protected by copyright that can not be released, duplicated or
distributed without permission of the copyright holder.

10) 한국어능력시험의 성적 유효기간은 성적 발표일(성적증명서 최초 발급일)로부터 2년임.

- Test certificate is valid for 2 (two) years from the issued date.

11) 시험 도중 화장실 이용 등으로 부득이하게 복도로 나갔을 때에는 부정행위를 예방

하기 위한 감독관의 확인에 협조해야 합니다.
- You will not be able to leave during the examination time, but you can
leave with the permission of the invigilator in an unavoidable case.(toilet..)

12) TOPIK II의 경우, 1교시 결시자는 2교시에 응시할 수 없으며 환불도 받을 수 없습니다.
 - Those who didn’t take first session of TOPIK II, cannot take the second
session of TOPIK II.

13) 다른 응시생을 방해하는 행동은 금지됩니다.

- Do not engage in any behavior(making noise, eating food, etc) that
would distract other test-takers, etc.

답안작성 요령 (Answer Sheet Guide)

1) 답안지에 반드시 이름, 수험번호를 기재해야 합니다. (TOPIK II 1교시에는 두 장의

답안지가 제공되며, 이 두 장의 답안지 모두에 인적사항을 기재해야 합니다.)
- Do not forget to write your name, registration number, etc on the
answer sheet(s).(In the case of TOPIK II, there are two answer sheets
provided for the first period. You must write your information on both sheets.

2) 응시자는 문제지의 유형(홀수,짝수)과 수험번호 유형, 답안지에 마킹한 문제지 유형이

일치하는지 확인해야 합니다.
- Testee should ensure that the type of test booklet matches the type of
testess’s registration(seat) number and you correct mark the type of
testee’s (seat) number on your answer sheet.
3) 시험 객관식 문항의 답은 반드시 컴퓨터용 수성사인펜을 사용하여 답안지에 마킹해야
하며, 연필이나 다른 펜으로 표기한 답은 무효 처리함.
※ 컴퓨터용 수성사인펜은 시험 시작 전 감독관이 제공함
- Answers must be marked with a marking pen(double sided felt-tip pen).
They MUST NOT be marked with a pencil or different type of pen, in
which case the answers will be deemed invalid, A marking pen will be
provided

4) 이미 표기한 답안을 수정테이프를 사용하여 수정할 수 있으나, 개인용 수정테이프

를 가져와도 무방하며 수정테이프가 필요한 경우 감독관에 조용히 손을 들면 됨.
- You can use whiteout correction tape to change an already marked answer.
- If you need correction tape, just raise your hand quietly. Bringing your
own whiteout correction tape will be helpful, but it is not mandatory.

5) 객관식은 컴퓨터용 싸인펜의 굵은 부분을 사용해 “0” 안을 사인펜으로 칠해야 하

며, “0”안을 제대로 칠하지 않거나 이중표기시 점수가 인정되지 않음.
- For multiple-choise questions, use the thick side of the double-sided
felt-tip pen to fill in the circle “0” corresponding to the answer you have
chosen. 0 points will be given if the circle is not filled completely or two
circles are marked.

6) 주관식은 컴퓨터용 싸인펜의 가는 부분을 사용해 주어진 칸에 답을 써야 합니다.

주어진 칸에서 벗어나거나 다른 칸에 답을 쓸 경우 점수가 인정되지 않습니다. 수
정해야 할 경우 두 줄로 긋거나 수정펜을 사용할 수 있습니다.
- For subjective questions, use the thin side of the double-sided felt-tip
pen and write within the given space. If you write outside the given
space or in a wrong space, you will not be able to receive the points you
would have. If you want to make a correction, you can either cross it
out with two lines or use a correction tape.

7) OMR 답안지 작성을 다시 하고 싶은 경우에는 새 답안지로 교체할 수 있으나, 시험

시간 내에 답안지 작성을 마치지 못하여도 시험 종료시간이 되면 제출해야 함.
 - OMR answer sheets can be replaced at the testee’s demand, but must
be submitted promptly at the end of the test regardless of whether the
sheet is completed.
※ The responsibility of errors occurred by the usage of a wrong type of
pen or poor marking of the answer sheet lies with the testee.

< 부정행위 유형 >

• 무선·통신기기(핸드폰, MP3, PMP, 무전기, 호출기, 무선기능 전자시계 등)를 소지
하거나, 이를 사용하는 행위
- 위의 기기들은 전원을 끈 상태에서 시험전 감독관에게 제출해야 하며, 전원을 끄
지 않은 상태에서 제출할 경우 부정행위로 간주함
• 미리 작성한 자료나 참고서적을 사용하는 행위
• 대리로 시험에 응시하는 행위
• 시험 중 자신의 답안지를 보여 주거나 타인의 답안지를 보고 쓰는 행위
• 타인과 신호 또는 이야기를 하거나 휴대물을 주고받는 행위
• 수험생이 감독관의 정당한 지시에 따르지 않는 행위 등
• 기타 법률적, 사회적으로 용납될 수 없는 방법으로 시험을 보는 행위

※ Types of Cheating
1. Looking at other testee’s answers or showing one’s answer to others.
2. Referring to prepared memos or test-related books during the test.
3. Possessing or using cell phones. MP3 players, radios, or any other
electronic device. If you posses any above-mentioned device you should
switch off and submit them to controller. If devices are not switched off, it
will be considered as cheating.
4. Forging ID or paperwork such as the exam ticket to take the test.
5. Taking the test on behalf of another person, or having another person take
the test for oneself.
6. Taking notes or recording sound about the exam problems, or passing on
test material to other people.
7. Conducting actions that disturb the test, or not complying the legitimate
orders of the supervisor.
8. Other violations (including violations that are discovered after the test).
