4. DESIGN CRITERIA

The piping flexibility analysis result shall fulfill the following criteria:

1. The stresses of piping system in the analysis shall be within the allowable of ASME B31.3.

2. The actual stress load for this system consist of sustain, occasional & expansion as shown in result
attachment-3.

3. Support type and location to be determined under flexibility analysis calculation, identified in
isostress drawings, and to be informed to Piping Designer.

4. Seismic load assumed to be frictionless.

5. Component data such as gate valve, flange & blind flange used Pipe Data Pro Software, unless
there is a general arrangement or data sheet as a weight references.

7.2 Support

The support load as attached in attachment-4 for live design temperature (EXP Case), sustain &
occasional cases has been informed to Civil Engineer for steel structure and foundation design.
Load for occasional seismic will be calculated by Civil Engineer.

The type and location of support in Wellpad H to LP Separator are shown in isometric stress
drawings in attachment-7.

8. CONCLUSION
1. Based on flexibility analysis, the stresses for Wellpad H to separator low pressure are within the
allowable of ASME B31.1 as shown in attachment 3.

2. Support type and support location as shown in the allignment sheets have been determined under
flexibility analysis. Loading data and support type has been informed to Civil Engineer and Piping
Designer for support design.

3. The pipe support on the drawing ML-M-SG-S06-0004-01 from pipe support PS-S06-01001
